This bottle is a nice design and looks good but it only worked well for the first week for my child and although it was nice to drink from the spring mechanism on the lid has failed meaning the lid is now useless and we cannot use it. I can’t contact the seller to request a replacement due to Amazon’s T&C’s.

Edit: the seller contacted me (following this review) to apologise and offered a replacement product or refund. I have updated the review to reflect their very good customer service.

I like this bottle as it fits in my car holder you can open it with one hand and can be locked if you want to carry it in your bag. looks good easy to clean.

However….the lock is temperamental and it had leaked 4 times since September by opening itself and leaking into school bag.
I purchased 2 bottles and the other is fine the lock seems to be more stronger.
No cracks and thick bottle.
Was unable to return as past the return date

Good bottle but the spring mechanism on the lid became faulty. As soon as I pointed it out the customer service team were quick to verify the problem and replaced with a working lid. Thanks!

So I bought this over a year ago the 1st time for my aunty, THEN a few months ago for my mum and THEN again 2 weeks ago for my other aunty ! All I can say is: to all my health care workers this bottle is your friend in more ways than one. The 700ml is fairly compact and easy to carry but the 1lt is even more amazing. They are easy to clean and I can safely report are VERY SHY OF GETTING MOULDY & SMELLY. But perhaps most importantly on those winter mornings; these bottles are perfect for some warm/hot, Lemon water. They don’t shy from heat and perform just as well. The plastic moulding on the bottom of the bottles, allows for easy holding even while containing warm/hot liquids, and the inner plastic filter ensures the slices stay in the bottle and only water comes through. A recurring purchase that will continue

I love this bottle. The quality is better than others I have bought before, the level markings are still clear to read after a year and the spout is nice thick plastic to drink from. I do like the strap so that I can carry the bottle upstairs at night when my hands are full with my phone, book and stuff.
However disaster struck and the lid catch snapped I was so unhappy. I found the email of the company in the questions section so asked to buy a replacement lid. I was surprised to get a response within 48 hours offering to send me a replacement free.
Customer service from Zounich is excellent.

I have managed to break every water bottle I’ve ever had or make it leak in my bag, leaving my purse, phone, keys, make up etc sloshing around in a litre of water – but not this one!! I’ve dropped it several times and it’s stayed in one piece It holds the perfect amount of water, has a sturdy hand strap and a strong locking lid.
I washed one of the little stoppers down the sink when I was washing it in one occasion and contacted customer services to get a replacement stopper. I was told that they did not do replacement parts……so….they sent me a whole new bottle – at no charge!

This is a lovely water bottle, I have been using it for about a month. I primarily bought this as I wanted a larger bottle for my recent holiday. I has so far survived Gatwick airport, climbing a section of mount Olympus, a Greek airport and travelling around inside an ambulance at work. The grip makes it easy to hold and the ribbon loop gives you more security if your a bit prone to dropping things. If your conscious about fluid intake the volume markers up the side are good for tracking in both millilitres and fluid ounces. However, if your looking for a bottle with set times on you’ll be disappointed, but I’m sure you could put your own on with a marker if your really bothered.

So far I am delighted to say I have not had a single leak, unlike other supposedly leak proof bottles. The bottle came with spare seals so should one of those fail I can replace it, although I do not know how easy that will be. You are also protected from leaks/spills by the lid lock, which is a brilliant feature, as it stops the button from being accidentally pressed and opening when in a bag.

I have a few issues when it come to cleaning but nothing that cannot be worked around. The ribbon loop and grip are nice features but makes cleaning the bottle difficult as you cannot take the ring holding the ribbon off and the grip is difficult to move. Meaning you have to allow time for the ribbon to dry as well as the bottle but this does not take long, and if you struggle with grip you may not be able to clean under the grip. And as the base does not appear to come off either it does hold some liquid if the bottle gets submerged but will drain through the small holes in the bottom (I assume that’s why they have been put there).

My only problem at the moment is that one side of the hinge has developed a line in the plastic where it attaches to the bottle. I suspect that this indicates the hinge will fail at some point soon, which will be sad. But I will see what the company says when I send them a photo.
