I bought these as protection against mild incontinence. I have worn them and they seem to do the job well. I don’t think they would cope with major leaks, but I plan to order more.

I bought this after a lot research and it really turn out be a life saver. Comfortable and easy to use. I use it with the pad for heavy days but can be used on it own for the not so heavy days

i have really heavy periods first 4 days. Had a tampon leak and these stopped me leaking through my clothes. I sleep with these without and just the underwear and was shocked no leaks at all. got a 3 packs but will buy more. Bare in mind these are hipsters which i dont usually wear but was also suprised they do not fall down and are Very comfortable A* 100% recommend

Will be very helpful with my autistic Neice who is due too start anytime too help her cope with a stressful thing

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersUsing these helped reduce my cramps by a landslide!
After one cycle of using these for half of the cycle, there was a dramatic change to my cramps and my period is more predictable and manageable now! I barely notice when I have it.
I can sleep in these or just feel safe & secure if I’m in a self conscious situation. These are the best things I bought last year!
I had a day of travelling on plane, train & buses in Italy, and this SAVED me.
My body was craving something natural and I can feel the difference!
The stitching isn’t immaculate and I wish they were high waisted with better elastic at the waist but they just absorb so much, which makes them perfect!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI bought 1 pair of these to try at night as I always leak.
    Wow these are amazing!
Really comfy and secure and absolutely no leaks. Also sleeping so much better as more comfortable than pads and no wet patches!
They manage to lock the wetness away so you don’t even feel it!
Amazing and highly recommend and my flow is heavy.
So I’ve not bought the 3 pack!

My wifes’ review: started my period a year after having a child and it was a bit much, needed to change every hour on the clock. Sanitary towels were not doing a good job, especially at night. Thought I would invest in some period pants. So far it’s been 3hrs and I haven’t had to change yet. I thought I’d do the water test, blood is thicker than water but this is just to give us ladies an idea. Held about 150ml of water with out leaking, 200ml and it leaked from the sides. Hope the video helps. I think a 3pk would last a day (I bought 2) will be investing in a couple more.

5.0 out of 5 stars Holds about 150ml of wate

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI’ve been holding off writing a review as I wanted to make really sure that I’d given them a proper run for the money.
These are the first period pants I’ve tried and I didn’t want to spend too much money.
I must say I’m so impressed by these. I have a very heavy flow for the first few days of my period and I’ve never had to use a tampon alongside these, even overnight.
I’ve put them through the washer and the drier and they’ve come out fine, not misshapen or even bobbled.
Only place I won’t wear them is to the gym or on a run and I think it’d be too sweaty.
    Would definitely recommend 🙂

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersI have very heavy flow and so have used this underwear with pads and it has worked very well to catch any overspill. It’s also worked perfectly overnight – no leaks, no mess – no more washing sheets and mattress etc – if you know, you know. I’ve also now got so much more confidence while I’m out and about, no longer worrying or stressing about leaks. On lighter days, I wore this without pads and this underwear was comfortable and effective – fit for purpose. I’m also one of those who tend to get allergic reactions to certain pads and this underwear means I get relief from having to wear them. It’s a plus all round. They are easy to clean/wash. Very happy with this purchase.

Just in case – I thought I was only buying 1 pair per purchase and ended up with 12 pairs!! SO…. check the listing. It turned out I bought four x 3 pair packs. It turns out they’re quite good value for money compared to most advertised brands!

These are brilliant. Worn instead of pads and coped with a heavy period no problem at all. No leaks. Very comfy. They are quite roomy so I ordered a smaller size when I ordered more. I would definitely recommend.

Bought for young teen who is having trouble finding the right pad and has leaks. This underwear catches the leaks and stops it coming through to her clothes. Not the prettiest but definitely functional.

I love these so much I’ve just ordered more! Super absorbent, comfortable and affordable compared to other period pants and they can hold a lot more. Definitely recommend if you are a heavy or free bleede

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThese pants make me feel secure when on my period. Even when it’s heavy. I do use a pad as well but I don’t worry that I will leak through my clothes at work so for peace of mind, they’re great. I do wish they were a bit higher up to my waist because my belly hangs over slightly but that’s my issue, not the pants

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersMy only regret is the price has gone down since I bought these but I’m not even mad since these have tremendously improved my quality of life, at least while experiencing periods.

They’re very comfortable, hold up in washing on all settings I have tried. They do take some time to dry compared to average clothes but that is understandable. I have a very heavy flow so this product is very helpful. They also save me money on pads and tampons but I have an abnormally high flow(Menorrhagia).

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI have very irregular bleeding due to PCOS and my uterus picks the absolute worst times to shine…doesn’t matter if I have places to be, you can be certain Mrs Uterus will allow herself to be front and center.

I have contemplated period pants for a while because well.. sanitary towles are expensive and can irritate but they are so expensive usually

These are an absolute bargain and they really do contain your flow while keeping you dry. The seams are comfortable yet secure and the material is nice and soft.

I have not brought other more well known brands so I can’t compare but these are absolutely fantastic. Why pay more when you can have the same product for less. Amazing purchase

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersAfter initially being cautious I decided to try these and it was well worth it. Even during heavy flow (requiring a pad change every 1-2 hrs) these period pants have been leak free for 6 hours. They wash fine and dry well outdoors ( don’t tumble dry). For me these have been liberating as I no longer have to plan those few days a month around whether toilet facilities are at hand every hour.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersI got these for my daughter (12) when she started her period. At secondary school they are restricted to go out during lessons. These have been a amazing! She wears a pad with them as back up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has a daughter in the junior/secondary that’s started their period

I have worn the pants without any other period protection and not had any leakage (I typically experience a light-medium flow).
Only comment is the pants cut into the top of my legs a bit so can feel a little uncomfortable after a time.

Golden Review Award: 37 From Our UsersSo currently I have 4 pairs of boots heavy flow, 1 pair of modibody super heavy shorts and 1 pair of modibody teen pants.

I was worried because I can be heavy and I’ve read bad reviews from some of these brands, but after a month of spotting I thought I might as well even if it’s just for the super light days.

Anyway a few days into using these my period that I thought I missed (and was replaced by spotting) came.. and it’s been coming in rushes of very heavy very suddenly.

I did not leak, and they are holding up. Yes I have to replace them a few times a day but I was doing the Same with the modibody and boots ones. I actually prefer the thin material on the non padded bit on these but I would say the padding does show a bit through leggings.. but I personally don’t mind and just adapt my clothing.

I imagine for a normal period you could wear these all day, and then a fresh pair for night.

For a heavy period you may need to change during the day once or even a few times if it’s very heavy (or you may want to use a tampon too).. but this is the kind of heavy where you use a tampon and a pad and the pad /tampon is full after an hour.. so normal heavy you may not even need to change.

Top tip if you do suffer from ‘flooding’ if you go to the loo and dab up some of the excess it allows the menses to be absorbed and no leak.

The flooding periods are the only time they feel slightly unsafe(just because it comes quicker then can be absorbed.. but this is my experience with all of these pants.. and tbh they cope pretty well) but absolutely happy with these and the price means they are a no brainer.. let’s see how long they last!

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersI’d recommend these if you prefer not to wear pads when sleeping and want a comfortable sleep without worrying about leaking. They are very comfortable, im a size 12/14 and the L size fit perfect. The back feels a little baggy at first but after a wash they seem to fit better. If you want to wear these instead of pads all the time I recommend buying more then one pair and changed them every 4hrs depending on how heavy you flow is Or if you’d just like to wear them towards the end of your period then they work great. Id recommend if you have a heavy flow to probably not wear these out and about as while they don’t leak , you can feel “wet”. Lighter days you don’t notice. They wash fine, I personally hand wash/ rinse off first before putting them in the washing machine with DARK clothing . I put mine out to air dry, if you have multiple pairs then there is no rush for them to dry but I found mine dry within a day or less if it’s sunny.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI loved the idea so I bought them and I decided to try them. They are a bit bulky and need ages to dry.
I just use them for the “just in case”.

Golden Review Award: 32 From Our UsersI was so skeptical when I bought these as I have always used sanitary towels for periods, so wearing this without any was an anxious experience. First 2 days are quite heavy bleeding for me and that’s where I was watching carefully if these panties work or not. It actually worked perfectly fine with me during day, night and if you’re going outside. In fact I actually went out for a jog wearing these Lol and it did’nt leak at all.

Tip: best way to find out if your panties need changing is it’ll feel a little heavy (exactly like a baby’s diaper) that’s when you can change to a fresh underwear

I’m a size 8 but I bought the medium size which would be a size 10-12, reason is that I am so bloated during my period that I feel like I need something lose around my body as size 8 underwear elastic band would really dig into my waist during that time.

I’m hoping this feedback has helped all the ladies wanting to save money on Sanitary towels as it has worked out efficient for me.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI am very happy with this product! I managed to wear it for 5.5 hours on a very heavy flow with no leakage. I would have rated 5 stars however this is my first try so I want to see how durable the pants are.
