3M VHB Double-Sided Sticker Adhesive Pad and Car Windshield Electrostatic Film for Mounting Dash Cam
Mounting Tips:
- Remove any previously used adhesive tape from the base surface of the dash cam mount.
- Ensure that the base surface is clean and dry before proceeding.
- Peel off the yellow sticker from the adhesive pad, exposing the sticky side.
- Carefully place the adhesive pad on the base of the dash cam mount, ensuring proper alignment and contact. Remember, the 3M VHB adhesive pad is for one-time use, so please seal and preserve any unused portions.
- Press firmly on the adhesive pad to ensure a secure bond.
- Let the adhesive pad bond with the surface by avoiding any movement or disturbance for approximately 2 hours. The longer the adhesive time, the stronger the viscosity will be.
- Once the adhesive has set, verify the stability and secure attachment of the dash cam mount before use.

After my windshield was replaced, I needed new pads/film to mount my dashcam and EZ pass. The 3M package was exactly what I needed to securely remount these items.
Did the job, even though it is quite expensive for 4 small pieces of 2 sided tape and 2 static cling 2″ x 4″ sheets. Would buy again due to limited availability of static cling sheets NexPow is unable to supply aftermarket help through its sellers.
I used them with some 70mai dashcam and they work like the original ones, they are not very similar but they do their job very well, easy to install and they do not come off.
We had to replace our front windshield on our truck and had to take down our camera ( obviously ). we found these and gave them a try. So far so good, these are very sturdy and is keeping the camera up and in position! its been a month or so and living in the south with heat they are not budging one bit.
I used this to install my Wife’s Dashcam on the Windshield of her MB. You can barely see it and it made for easier installation and placement/relocation of the Dashcam!
My Nexar is challenging to find replacement stickers but these are the same exact and works great. We live in texas where the heat is pretty bad and so far it’s doing fine
