I bought this to clean the headlight. The sandpaper was difficult to use on rounded-shaped plastic, but polishing was very effective with the polishing compound. Since it is corded, I do not need to worry about battery or anything. You just need an extension cable for the power. The only complaint is the size of the carrying case. It is too small, and it just fits the polishing machine, but nothing else. But overall, I am very happy.
