Here are some warm tips when using dash cam.
1. Format your new sd card on the dash cam when first use. We suggest using class 10 high speed micro sd card, no more than 32 GB.(SD Card is not Included!)
2. Please do remember to close parking monitoring and motion detection function when you’re driving on the road.(if not,these two functions trigger the captured locked videos which can’t be overwrite. If it shows card full,you need to format the card.)
3. If the G-sensor is set to high level, it is easy to lock file and make the Micro SD card full,so suggested set to low, safe enough and recommended to format your SD Card monthly.
4. If keep saying ” insert C6 and above sd card”, it may because the sd card is not compatible to dash cam. Some sd card on the market is false sd card. Please try a new sd card.
5. Dash cam has a built-in battery which only for emergency lock（only last 15-20 mins）. External power is need while using.Please keep plug car charger into car cigarette lighter.
Exerlent small car cam so good I bought two , Only problem delivery was crap first one supposed to be delivered In morning did not come untill next day second one promised delivery on the Sunday waited all day and untill 10 o’clock in the evening. Never turned up eventually arrived the next day .so much for Amazon prime 9 a month for nothing do not think I will bother with it any more. Better with off with the post office
Bought this for my dad as the one before that I’d bought him was impossible for him to use.
This one was so easy!, all set up in 5 mins. Good size screen and clear picture. One very happy father now. 5*.
Just opened the box, examined the contents and discovered there is no TF Card.
I must apologise. It appears the card, spring loaded, has shot out of the camera and landed on a black, shaggy rug. Everything is now working nicely.
