These are a set of 3 jaw exercises. For the price you pay in my opinion you’re getting good value for money. 3 jaw exercises of different strengths which you can customise by boiling them, just like gum shields in boiling water. Each jaw exerciser comes with its own neck carrier thing so you don’t lose it I suppose and also a case for cleanness and storage.
I’d seen jaw exercisers on instagram and sceptically wanted to give them a go, and actually I’ve been won over by these. I’ve only been using them a little while but I can already feel that my muscles have had a workout and are getting stronger.
I like the 3 different strengths as well so I feel it’s something I can aim for, a bit of a training plan for me. Currently I’m still on stage 1 as I want to do this properly and work up as I actually want to get results. I did try the stage 3 initially (just to try it out) but it felt quite tough for me so something to work towards.
The quality of the exercisers is good. They’re comfortable in my mouth and have been simple to use and simple to clean too. I’ve just been rinsing them in water after each session.
All in all a good buy for me.
It makes such a difference to your face if used constantly, I used it in the morning 3 set of 25 and before going to bed 3 more sets of 25 in conjunction with my serums/creams. Ive only started using it 3/4 weeks ago and I can definitely see the difference already and I am now moving on the third one, the advanced oneworth it a try!
At first, I was a bit sceptical about these. But I suffer with jaw and ear issues, and I heard that these can help ease symptoms. They surprisingly do help me with those issues, so I’m happy that I ordered them and gave them a chance.
However, I’ve only just got them, so more time will tell how much they help me with them. I’ve only really been using the easy blue one so far. Then, to follow, I’ll need to use the medium tough one that’s green and then the toughest one, which is the black one. I really do feel the workout, so I have to take it easy to ensure that I don’t overdo it at any one time. Otherwise, my jaw aches.
They’re easy to clean as well as hand wash and air dry after each use. It’s advised to sterilise them in boiling water for 20-25 minutes before the initial first use, and they come with 6 spare bite strips joints, which is appreciated. The instruction of use is in english on the packaging and contains a good few spelling errors, but overall, they can be understood.
These appear to be decent quality and arrived in good condition along with a necklace for each one, for ease of use with being able to hang around the neck. Personally, I prefer to just place it back into the clear plastic storage case (which is also washable) that it came in after I’ve finished a little workout. They appear durable due to having 3 different ones, each for a different resistant level workout, so they will definitely last me a long while. I’m also looking forward to getting rid of my little double chin, too, that they’re specifically designed to do.
This product is very good quality and really well made, it is packaged well and the different strength of trainers are packaged in their own box and come with a chain to attach and put round your neck whilst using to eliminate any risk of choking on them. I did not have any instructions in mine but they are self explanatory to use. I cannot report if they work or not as I have tried several times to use them but they make me gag after a couple of tries! I will keep persevering as I feel they would work.
Okay, these are weird. Following the instructions I’ve found my teeth miss the moulded bit and go in the gap fairly often, and the lightest weight one is a bit pointless – but I thought I’d try these because years ago I’d go to the gym with a mouthful of gum for much the same goal.
So they don’t have a bad taste and don’t make you gag (if you put them the right way around) – they do make you drool a bit and you feel daft using them. About as daft as the pictures imply so not a surprise. The plastic cases to keep them in are a nice touch, but I’m not putting a strap through and wearing it on my neck (the strap is useful when it falls/springs out of a bite though, so it doesn’t land on the floor).
The teeth moulds could be better. Much better. They pop out too easily and were difficult to soften and set. But they have lines in that many people will find sufficient.
And I have found them useful – cold weather means a stuffy sinus, noisy tinnitus and occasionally a tight jaw. Biting these for a bit has, genuinely, helped alleviate those issues and also helped me with speaking and singing by moving my mouth more generally – I tend to mumble and keep it shut.
So they look funny, but are not a joke. I’d give them a higher rating if the teeth bits were better though.
This product was really good at helping to stretch and release my jaw. It comes in 3 strengths so you can start slowly and build up. Makes you realise how much toning can be done in your lower face and jaw! Already feeling the benefits and can see sharper definition starting along my jawline.
