Bought this to try and help with my intermittent claudication problem … and it seem to work wonders. Very easy set-up and the marginal adjustments needed to the running belt (after transit) were easily made. To me, it’s quiet and I now enjoy my home office combo of ‘fitness and music’. I’m absolutely delighted I bought it.
It is so easy to use. I like how you can use it anywhere as it is not bulky and it can be put out of the way when not using it. Really recommend
Pros: I’ve done more than double my usual steps on day 1 of having this. It is quieter than I expected, good speed going right up to a decent jog, no assembly required (you need two AAA batteries though) and I am confident will accelerate my weight loss journey!
Con #1: the lead is quite short and even worse it is on the side with the wheels, making it awkward to have to hold it when wheeling around. Should have made it detachable.
Con #2: it is quite heavy and hard to move. It fits nicely under my desk during the day but then I want to use it in front of the TV in the evenings, so I’m now regretting not getting a folding one for easier manoeuvring (and arguably storage).
The cons mean it is likely I’ll want to upgrade to the foldable WalkingPad in a year or so. But for this price (165 with discount), it’s a great start – wouldn’t want to pay the WP prices only to find a walking pad doesn’t work for me!
So far, I can see myself using this every day, so very pleased with value for money.
I love it! Purchased so that I can still get my steps when the weather isn’t great and to use at my standing desk when I work at home.
It doesn’t make lots of noise when in use, even when I use it upstairs. It’s easy to use and manoeuvre into position, you just need to make sure you use the lubricant provided and definitely out an excercise mat underneath it.
This item is great. It’s basic and you can adjust your speed. I have found it very useful and it was a very good price. I’m very happy with it. It is quite heavy to manoeuvre though but there are wheels on one end which make it a bit easier.
