I was looking for medium price range printer. After I read reviews I bought this printer during prime sale, it cost me very cheap as comparing to current price.
If the Image has enough brightness printing quality is so good even if the image in small size. But if pic has low light you may not get result as you expected.
Overall a good printer.
My previous HP printer was really difficult to scan a photo.
I dumped it in favour of this which offers a one button push to automatically scan photos. It also figures out documents and turns them to PDF.
Files go straight to my documents in windows.
Perfect!
Printer was easy to set up out of the box , and it found & connected to Wi Fi Network straight away. Took a few minutes to align the print head but once set up , it responds very quickly once the Print , Copy , or Scan buttons on the main LCD front panel are pressed. Print quality is excellent , but build quality is flimsy in places. However , overall this All-in-One is a very good machine.
This printer is designed to satisfy most of what it does and it does all that rather well. It is just not built as well as the previous Canon machines with a simmilar specification that it has replaced. Why Canon? Simply the quality of prints that these more expensive Canon printers deliver is well worth the cost in my opinion.
Very good photo prints but can be a fiddle to use with screen options and paper feed trays that are not so simple to use. Prints from Photoshop tended to be a little darker and more saturated than on previous Canon photo printer. Easy to adjust.
Also random driver appeared on PC that did not work, as well as the correct one.
This was surprisingly easy to set up and I’m no techno geek. It’s a neat little package; smaller than our last Canon. The print quality is really good compared to our less salubrious MG5751. I didn’t have to do anything technical to print from iPad or iPhone – it just connects automatically, which is great. I haven’t yet managed to master the rear feed tray for card but it seemed to go through the usual feed anyway I had pairing issues with my last Canon and yesterday – after a month of easy printing- despite PC and printer both being connected to WIFI, it just wouldn’t print. Had to deinstall printer and reinstall software on PC. Bit of a pain Hoping this isn’t a regular occurrence
This printer gave me excellent output via usb from an old PC and via Wi-Fi from iPads and iPhones. It’s quit compact and fastvery impressed! Also the copy function was hi-res with accurate colours.
