Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAt last I’ve found a frying pan that really does the job. Extremely well made and robust. Lovely handle too.
Great for stir fries, pancakes, omelettes, bacon etc.
The lid fits well and does its job.
Highly recommend this proper kitchen tool.
I’m not a cook, but I really look forward to using this pan.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe pan is lovely..heats evenly..cooks well, easy to clean, overall great . BUT…do be very careful if using on induction hob..the smooth glass with the smooth granite makes it dangerously slippery . Be sure to use on back of hob so can not be easily moved..it will slide..

I’m used to Aluminum pans and this is my first Granite one. It is crazy how the food slides on the surface of this thing. Not even water sticks somehow, which sounds crazy until you see it for yourself lol.

So yeah definitely recommend it. Wish I got a bigger size instead of 20cm for steak and grilled chicken though.

Wanted to start eating more omelettes etc so really wanted a quality pan plus lid – thought it was going to be too small however perfect size plus excellent non stick surface.

Initially thrilled by the quality and keen to get first pancakes made. I wasn’t disappointed. Heat distribution across the surface was great, non-stick surface worked a treat and the weight and balance is great. Easy to clean too.
I’ve no reason to suspect this shouldn’t give years of pancake making ahead. Whether it will warp and distort over time as other skillets have done, time will tell.

Really like this pan. Purchased a second one.
Pan is not very heavy which is good, but, on the other hand has a tendency to tip up + fall.
Heats up relatively quickly with gas cooker.

Only issue is that when you are using all 4 ‘cups’ on a gas hob, the gas is unable to spread evenly under all 4 ‘cups’. So you have to move the pan around a bit to make sure all 4 cups get the heat. Don’t know if there is a way round this ?

Eggs easy to cook which is why i got it. Nice and neat little rounds. Bit harder to get out but your meant to let them slip out I think. Probably good for other little bits but not tried anything else yet.

Not sure about square shape of pan, difficult to heat evenly on round element. But, good for cooking eggs, small pancakes and mini omelettes.. seems good quality, only time/repeated use will tell…….

Does it’s job as a non-stick pan perfectly, I never have to use oil. Looks great too. Only slight negative is it seems to take a little longer to get hot than other pans I have used.
