Tips for Charging through Phone Case
We’d like to suggest you to check your phone case type before charging, please make sure that the case is not fully covered one, leave some blank space around the charging slot as picture show above for your reference.
- Less than 4MM is the most suitable thickness for phone case, the phone case is too thick to plug into charging slot if it is beyond 4MM.
- Do note that this will NOT connect if your phone is in an Otterbox case or Lifeproof or other extremly bulkier cases.

I like almost everything from Charmast. My experience with all their chargers is good (sometimes they would stop to work properly after some time but as soon as I contact them, it is sorted). With this charger, I had all positive experience. It is small and light. It would be only better if it has option to charge iPhone AND usb c or mini usb.
Love this little device, fits well in your bag and great for an emergency charge. Lasts long enough to get a decent percent on your phone (I have iPhone 13) pretty and useful as long as I remember to charge it! Can be a little annoying being stuck to your phone if you need to use your phone a lot while charging but if can just be left to one side it’s perfect.
I mainly use a battery charger when I’m at work or visiting family or on holiday it’s so convenient for me as I know that I will have a full battery powered phone.
Bought as a Christmas present which my daughter is delighted with. She says it charges really quickly and is so much easier to carry around rather than the more traditional styled chargers. She loves the green colour. Both myself and my other daughter are looking to buy one too.
Bought one for a city break where I knew I’d be on the go all day and taking lots of pics and using maps etc! Charger is small enough to fit in a little handbag and isn’t big and clunky when charging your phone! Perfect for long days! Even bought a second one for my parents!
If I take my phone out with me to take photos I find that the battery gets very low by the time I head back home. This is the ideal solution and not too bulky to pop in my bag on day trips or trips to museums. It’s nice to have peace of mind that I can recharge my phone if I need to.
