I’m almost finished my first one and have reordered. My skin looks different and slightly plumper. It does have a taste but it’s easy to get used to in coffee.

Have only been taking for a week so cannot report any changes. I must say there is hardly any taste which is nice and it blends well in hot water so I have it in my morning coffee.
Nice packaging and a good value in my opinion.

I’ve started using collogen supplements since hitting perimenopause. I do a lot of exercise and now I’m at increased risk of injury, I want to replace as much of the things I’m losing as possible. I put this in my morning coffee and can’t taste it. I got fed up of taking too many tablets each evening; what with vitamins, perimenopause pills, etc. So this helps spread things out a bit. I would recommend using a tablespoon measure though, as the benefit of a tablet is the exact dose… its very easy to over or under heap a spoon.
Great price especially considering much more collogen than other brands contain.

Really easy to use! I already had a scoop from an old pack of protein powder so used with this. I put it in my fizzy drink or in my morning tea. If I’m honest you cannot taste it at all! Which is fab if I’m honest, was at first skeptical that it would be hard for me to swallow with a foul taste but there is none, you’d never know it’s in your drink. It mixes really well, leave to settle for a minute and it will go completely clear into the drink. I also mix with a frother mixer anyway, but makes no difference if mixed with a spoon.

Only negative is I do feel it is a little expensive and could be more affordable!

It works! I drink this with hot beverages or in a smoothie, I have seen a difference in the strength and thickness of my nails along with the firmness of my skin

I bought this hoping for better skin as I suffer from eczema on my hands. It is hard to tell if it is working. There is no change to my condition itself but that doesn’t mean there isn’t some sort of change in general skin quality. I’m not aware of any improved skin, nails or hair but then it hasn’t been more than a month. I would expect it to take at least 6 month to a year to really notice any real difference. That said, I have been less itchy. So maybe it is doing something even if I can’t see it visually.

It is a proven fact that collegen works to improve skin. I don’t doubt it. The only negative I can say on this is how expensive it is and it is. I feel it should be less than asking for.

This product was recommended to me and been taking it everyday for a month now. I can’t say I’ve noticed any changes yet but I will give it a little more time . As others have said there is no smell or taste whatsoever and it does dissolve very easily. I just whisk it in with a little fruit squash. The empty container came in super handy too…it was perfect for storing leftover paint!
