A car and it worked.
Bought this to clean in-between the floor tiles I have.
Works a treat, only issue is the steam only lasts around 10 minutes, so for a large floor I have to refill at least 6 times.
It defrosts it FAST!
For cleaning, I use a rapid-fire Solo Sprayer with a mixture – half-and-half -1 part water (tap water), 1 part bleach (store bought, supermarket bleach). It makes light work of mold, grime, damp, etc… pretty much any harsh grime on surfaces or tiles…
The steam cleaner is handy, but the cons are:
*Small water tank – approx 15mins of continuous steaming; I’d have much preferred a larger water tank.
*Not enough steam time. Then you’d have to unplug it, wait for it to cool down (10mins) – so that the safety releases, allowing it to open (so that you’re not scolded). Then refill, wait for it to boil, which takes about 10mins. So, 20-25mins between uses to open and refill, then use again. Whereas, if the tank capacity was doubled…
*Tough safety button to keep continuously pressed down. It really fatigues your thumb, to keep it pressed down for prolonged periods. A thick trigger button on the inside of the handle (that you’d squeeze with all four fingers) would’ve been far better, instead of the tough safety button.
*The lead is mid – so it’s not very practical; an extension lead is DEFINITELY required.
Would’ve been better had the lead been double the current length.
Could be worse, but could’ve most DEFINITELY been better. Maybe they’ll upgrade the model, who knows…
Overall, nifty little gadget. Extremely handy.
I LOVE to clean.

The attachments (in my opinion) aren’t needed.
I know the ‘on’ trigger probably has a safety feature (in that the trigger can’t be continually on without pressing it constantly).
Seams a little pricey for what it is.
Its got several attachments and it’s got a decent length of flex, which is extremely useful, as some of the newer appliances have a very short flex which can be pretty frustrating if you can’t reach the area you want to clean.
It’s great for hygienically cleaning sinks/plug holes, cooker tops and bathrooms. It does only have limited capacity in the water reservoir, so you may have to fill it up a couple of times if you have large areas to clean.
The jet of steam that is released is quite strong, so if you are not careful, it can blast particles like bits of limescale (if you live in a hardwater area), onto other surfaces. It’s therefore advisable to put down a cloth/tea towel next to the area you are cleaning, so it doesn’t flick debris all over your already clean surfaces. Also you need to ensure that the water has been fully heated, otherwise you will end up with a blast of hot water, rather than steam.
I really love my little cleaner, it gets the job done quickly and sanitises surfaces without the need of chemicals, just a small amount of water.
At first I am afraid of using it. As if it feels unsafe. So i bought thick gloves and visor for protection. I gradually got used to using it even to the point of not using a visor. Just be sure everything locks into place. Be sure its empty and cool when opening the lid after using. I used it successfully for exterminating bed bugs.
I had higher hopes for this but just the job if a small task.
The short cable is restrictive and doesn’t take long for the water tank to empty. Also during use the light comes on and have to wait for it to heat up again etc during one tank fill.. so would have scored higher if it kept at temp / usage for the full tank usage.
As a tool for specific cleaning for a small job / short clean it is great…. maybe I need an industrial version for when doing my spring clean type attacks on bathrooms etc !!!
-it always needs to be plugged in otherwise it cuts out and the cable doesnt extend very far so I couldnt do my bathroom or car without a long extension cable
-it is very small so cant do big areas and the extension nozzle, although helpful, wont reach very far so if you are doing the floor you are on your hands and knees and stopping to re-fill the tank every so often
-it is very wet, leaves a fair bit of dripping so not ideal for furniture or fabrics
-when using it you must follow up after with a cloth to dry otherwise everything is soaked
other advice:
the attachments are quite stiff at 1st but if you persevere they loosen up and are much easier to switch in and out
you need good dexterity to turn it on due to the safety feature as you have to continually press it down. I can see how it could get frustrating after a while but it does make it feel safer as it gets super ho
I found the long nozzle is ineffective for most applications, it doesnt seem to have enough pressure/heat. The door/window attachment is quite good, i used it for cupboard doors and it seemed to work relatively well. The best attachment was the scrubbing brush style one however. This worked very well to clean stubborn grease on old kitchen tiles though it got grubby quickly and I dont think it will be easy to clean. I had to wipe over everything after using the steam cleaner as it only loosened the dirt it didnt really remove it. I havent tried the upholstery attachment yet.
It heats up quickly this is a definite bonus but it also looses heat quickly if you unplug it. So its not easy to use anywhere that doesn’t have a socket close by.
The safety button is frustrating and doesnt work the way the manual says so it must be constantly depressed instead. Results in a sore thumb after a while.
All in all it works, ive only used it once so am still getting to grips with it. It does what I need it to but its not as revolutionary on my cleaning as Id hoped
Really great performance for such a cheap device, the steam power is pretty much on par with the Karcher but there’s a few things to consider:
Firstly I am happy to aware this product 5 stars because at 25 it delivers more than 25 worth of performance. It should be noted that I only intend to use this device for jobs like cleaning toilets, cooker tops etc so I have no need for a floor cleaning attachment.
The accessories are pretty average, they all work ok but you only get one cloth and the scrubbing heads don’t last too long. Had I paid 89 for this I would be a bit annoyed but for the price I paid you cannot fault the product too much because the core cleaning performance is top notch.
water tank is small, 250ml gets you just enough cleaning time for a few toilets and a kitchen hob, it’s adequate and workable.
Heat up time is excellent. Advantage of a smaller tank is you can get going far quicker than something like the Karcher.
Overall, hard to fairly compare this with a much more expensive device but for 90% of the jobs you need it for this unit will perform just as well at a staggering low price tag. Highly recommended
I bought this initially to assist in the cleaning of the engine bay in my car. I have to say it did a better job than I expected. The portability of the item and the extended hose attachment helped get the dirt out of the hard to reach places. It did a great job of removing the surface dirt and I would suggest spraying a degreasing agent on any stubborn oily bits first, let the agent work for a bit and then clean off with the steam cleaner. I have yet to use the steam cleaner for other projects hence 4 stars for now but I may return to this review and update it after further use.
The item arrived very promptly and the instructions were easy enough to follow.
Product arrived on time and was well packaged. the instructions were broadly clear but lacked some detail in terms of fitting nozzles and the lid; the fittings are necessarily tight but while the lid seemed to be closed, when the machine was turned on, we had leaking steam from above the handle. A simple list of ‘problems’ at the back of the instruction leaflet would have identified that we had not closed the lid properly and would have to wait for the water to cool before attempting to open, empty and start again.
So far, initial ‘bugs’ resolved, it works well and produces a good shot of steam.
it would be very helpful if the power lead was detachable so that one is not carting around the lead in one hand while trying to use the steamer with the other.
