I bought this on recommendation from my osteopath after a fall when I got a cuff locator strain. The item is of good quality and even the mini exercise guide has some excellent uses. This is to be used for exercises on a daily basis not for a miracle cure.
I was looking for a band to strengthen and help with my flexibility in ballet, and this was perfect! It is strong and the right amount of resistance. I was not expecting much if I’m completely honest, but I was really surprised. The only thing that was wrong was they sent the wrong colour, but other than that it was great!
Was looking for a sturdy band that could be used for stretching following an injury. Highly recommend, exactly what I was looking for and the medium resistance is ideal for stretching. Good quality and won’t tear or damage easily.
My husband said that I shouldn’t be let loose with one of these bands. He reckoned I would be dangerous, letting it fly across the room. However so far, I’ve managed to keep it under control at Pilates. It’s very stretchy but seems tough enough to do the job. Super colours.
The bands are good quality and easy to use. They come with a small bag for storage which is great. I am able to carry out all the exercises I need to with this set. Would recommend this item.
