Cube Extension Lead 1.5M with USB Slots (20W PD USB
Cube Extension Lead 1.5M with USB Slots (20W PD USB C),Chiefox 4 Way Multi Plug Extension Cable with Switch, Desk Extension Cords Socket with 3 USB, UK Power Strip for Home Office Travel Dorm- Black
The tiny multi plug extension lead 1.5m is a better companion than cube extension lead 1m and cube extension lead 2m for home and travels.
This extension lead is amazing, has a decent length wire and good ammount of sockets and usb ports. Feels very durable and safe to use. I have not experienced any issues what so ever.
The size of this is perfect for putting on top of locker at work, as the socket is behind my locker, now with this it reaches the socket with it placed on top.
As more and more devices make the transition to USB power, the use for something like this becomes even more important. This allowed me to hook up my TV, PS4, NAS and Router, while also allowing me to plug in my USB alarm clock and environment sensor all with one wall socket!
No individual socket control but that’s fine with me. Cable is nice and thick and the unit is sturdy and appears to be made from decent plastic. Saved room, wires, mess and effort. Joy!
This Chiefox Power Strip with 4 Way Outlets 3 USB Ports is very compact and very sturdy. I got this primarily for travel, to avoid checking into a hotel and discovering that there are no USB ports in the room and the power outlets are few and far between when my iPhone needs charged, my iPad needs charged and my husband’s mobile phone needs charged. The Chiefox power strip is the perfect solution to this problem – it is light in weight, compact, loaded with safety features and has all your power requirements in one place.
Actually, it is too good to keep as a travel accessory and I use it all the time in my living room to have USB ports beside me on the sofa table and handy power outlets for plugging in my aroma therapy diffuser and many other gadgets that I use from time to time. The Chiefox power strip is a great buy and so useful.
The compact cube design not only looks sleek but also maximizes the utilization of space. The 4-way outlets are incredibly convenient, allowing me to power multiple devices simultaneously. The addition of 3 USB ports with a 5V/2.4A output each is a huge bonus — I can charge my devices without needing to plug in bulky adapters.
The 1.5-meter extension cable offers flexibility in positioning the power strip and provides ample length for reaching distant outlets. The inclusion of an on/off switch on the cube is a thoughtful touch, allowing me to easily control the power flow without having to unplug devices.
The build quality feels solid and durable, and I appreciate the safety features that protect against overloading and short-circuits. The versatility of this extension lead makes it suitable for various settings, from home to office, hotel stays, and even travel.
This extension lead/cube comes safely boxed.
Build quality seems OK – the cube has a lightweight plastic feel but is well put together. The three USB-A ports and power button are on the top, with a socket on each of the four sides, helpfully orientated sideways. On the bottom are rubber feet and mounting holes, together with specs and safety markings. The cable is 1.5 metres long with a solid plug at the end.
Performance is great, the USB ports are limited to 2.1A so aren’t any good for fast charging but are fine for basic charging. The power button lights up blue when activated so there’s always a visual indicator if the extension is being powered.
It’s the button that makes this extension lead most useful for me, I have various devices connected to my TV that have no ability to power off (they just sit on standby) so I’ve connected them to this extension and can now turn them all off at once. I would have found a USB-C port and fast charging support useful, but I’m still very happy with this extension cube.
A four way UK power strip with 3x USB (2.4A) prefect for on top of the desk. Currently I have this on my sons desk and he can plug in his laptop or chargers easily without needing to thread them down the back of the desk. The button on top is a very clunk click ‘know you pressed it’ type.
Very handy on the desk as it’s now freed up power sockets with the USB sockets on the top. Previously I had to use two for USB chargers, but now I have 4 power outlets with 3 USBs in one brick.
It sits on the back of my desk and takes up little room compared to the 4-way gang I was using.
I note that the power sockets on this all head round in the same direction to prevent the cables from getting in one another’s way, meaning if you have 4 electrical things plugged into it it can start to look a bit busy with the cables all going off in different directions. It’s not overly a problem, I just coil them round and tuck them together as tidy as the space allows.
Overall very handy, it has the 4 power sockets with 3 USBs, more than enough for my desk here now.
