I honestly couldn’t recommend these enough I love these I have no faults and they last ages on one charge. The noise cancellation is actually amazing just buy them now
These headphones are very comfortable on the ears and light. Bluetooth has a great range, the headphones fit nicely over the ears and the appearance is great. Very good value and very durable.
I am now able to hear TV without turning volume up high to overcome traffic noise. The quality is amazing. It’s like being at the cinema but in control of the volume. Wish I’d ventured down this route a long time ago.
The only minor drawback is if you wear glasses it is slightly awkward, but hey to hear TV in what feels like surround sound, it’s worth it.
These headphones are excellent quality, robust, and a nice tone for the price. However, the after sales service is absolutely brilliant. I bought mine just over a year ago, and sadly, the blue tooth stopped working, so I followed the link from Amazon to their help desk. I have to say, Doqaus are brilliant. After a couple of emails from the helpdesk, it was soon established that my headphones were faulty. Without question, they replaced them with a new set of headphones completely free of charge. Given that my headphones were, technically out of warranty, this response is without doubt, first class service. So, would I recommend Doqaus? Absolutely, thank you Doqaus.
My daughter bought these headphones after much research and we were sad to find that they became faulty after 8 months . The customer service desk were efficient and speedy and we received a new pair via Amazon after a few simple checks .
This is how customer service and complete faith in the reliability of your own products should be , I would not hesitate to buy another product again from DOQAUS , in fact would preference them given a choice .
I was hesitant to get Bluetooth headphones because I’ve had annoying experience with Bluetooth connection on other tech (damn printers) but it’s really easy to use and connect. The sound is perfect, I no longer have to deal with faulty headphone jacks making the sound patchy. All in all, perfectly fine headphones.
I was concerned when I originally started playing music – the quality was poor, it kept on turning on siri when I pressed any buttons. I turned off voice control (mac) and suddenly it works fine. This is a very impressive product in terms of noise cancellation. The audio quality is good. Very good.
These headphones are not particularly heavy.
What is particularly unique about these, is that the ‘phones’ flip fully backwards, so you can kind of use it to play music out loud as well. No idea why you would want to do that… but anyway.
In terms of the EQ:
All 3 modes are good.
The heavy bass mode is particularly impressive.

Probably the best headphones in this price band that you can buy.
Fantastic value bought through Warehouse “As New”, with an Easter deal. Noise cancellation is okay, but not really bought for that. Sound is very good and easy to control sound and phone calls. Buttons feel good quality. Not stellar, but brilliant for 15.
Not as good as my last pair with sound, but still up there at 4* & great for the price.
Has 3 sound modes, so you can choose which is better for you.
Easy to pair and charge lasts for ages! Ie I’m on my 3rd day playing with still 55% charge.
Colour is beautiful and they come in a lovely little bag too.
Headphones are great, shiny, and easy to use. The sound quality is great, especially on EQ mode. Pity there’s no noise cancellation.
Very disappointing that you can only change modes when on Bluetooth and not plugged in, as my main PC does not have a Bluetooth option and I do not want to use battery life, as audio is very delayed and generally sounds shit on BT.
Would recommend, but only if you’re on budget. If you’ve got the money, definitely get something better
like Beats or Sennheiser.
These are decent headphones that are about the right price for the quality. I use them for listening to audio books and they are fine. They fold down into a compact size which is what i wanted. They stopped charging after 11 months and 28 days. I emailed the company who suggested a couple of things. When these didn’t work they immediately said we will send you a new pair. No requests to return the old set, no excuses, just sorted the issue politely and helpfully. Not what i expected so thank you – very impressed with the service. I would buy form the company again.
This product is great, my son loves it. The quality is really good. I had an issue recently and I contacted customer services. The customer service was amazing, they Responded immediately and sorted the issue out straight way.
i bought these headphones in september and havent charged them once, they have only now just ran out of battery
i use them 5 days a week daily on my 40 min walk to work. solid 10/10 mate

The all black set i received had the. Hard plastic beed to the pull the sting back smashed, trying the headphones out and i can hear something loose in the right ear shake, so somthing must of crushed or smashed them in storage or delivery which takes away from enjoyment, *update * the team contacted me and made good on my buy, left happy, thank you
No longer work after very light usage for 6 months. Out of returns window. Waste of money.
Update: increased back to 4 stars as customer service was excellent and sent out a replacement immediately.
Orders these back in early 2022.
I did have a issue with them on arrival, they wouldnt charge. I contacted the custom support and that was one of the best experiances ive had. They sent me a replacement.
Even those the first pair didnt charge the battery charge lasted till the new one arrived ( about 2 days ).
I used to use them daily for school, using them around 10 – 15 hrs a day and they last the entire week, only need a couple hour charge on sunday.

I have had these for 9 months now and wow they are a fantastic buy. I bought these as I wanted some headphones instead of earphones for going travelling. I’ve previously owned Beats Studio and let me say that these are up there for a fraction of the price. There are three modes, Bass Mode, EQ mode and Vocal mode (although if i’m being honest I don’t notice the difference – but what can you expect for less than 30).
The best thing about them is the battery life. I travelled for three months round Asia – that included airplane rides, coaches (times when I was listening 10 hours straight), and I used them every single day and in the whole three months I charged them three times. Amazing!
Overall could not recommend enough.
I have yet to find a set of headphones I actually sincerely love but these are it. I love them. They’re super comfortable, not too tight, padding is just the right amount, and whilst they are slightly too big for my head, I actually think that is a good thing as usually I spend a lot of time fussing over the size and getting them perfect. My only issue with these are that this specific set had a bit of a “clicky” hinge on the left side but that isn’t too bad or worrisome. For the money they are great and I would 100% buy again once these are finished with!
The colour is beautiful too.
I have been using these for about 7 weeks for approx 1.5hrs-2hrs a day when dog walking and the battery is still at 70%. The battery life seems great. My last headphone woth the same usage I needed to charge once a week whereas these I haven’t had to charge once at all since I got them. When I first put them on they felt pretty heavy in comparison to my older one which I would imagine is due to the extra battery power. They are however comfortable it was just a noticeable difference the first couple of times I met them. The buttons work well although you sometimes have to press the pause/play button a couple of times for it to work. Lovely colour, happy with purchase.
My one quibble is that they don’t go quite enough. I like to listen to audiobooks or music when I get into bed but they’re just slightly to loud to fully relax with. Otherwise they’re good all rounders, especially for the price.
These have been my favourite headphones for a long while, my last pair lasted me almost 4 years! I was a bit disappointed that the control buttons are not integrated into the outer circle bit but maybe it was causing issues for people, not for me though. I also think maybe this model is a bit quieter than the last but not a huge issue. Overall will definitely be buying again. Other people must like them too because I saw someone wearing the exact same pair as mine the other day!
I had a pair of Beats by Dre, they were expensive and had incredible sound and build quality – but I left them in an Uber after about 1.5 years of owning them and the Uber driver just stole them. Refused to answer messages or even Uber.
I wish that man untold flat tires.
Anyway moving on, I got a pair of other headphones, mid priced. They were good but I was a bit rough with them as I tried to fit a bag in a locker somewhere in Latvia. Pulled the foam off the ear so only one side had the foam ear covering and one side had bare plastic. I used them without shame for a further 3 weeks. But I looked like a fool and it was sore on my ear.
So I moved onto a pair of nice Marshall headphones and lost them soo you know what I gave up on having really nice things and wanted a low to mid priced headphone and ended up here.
What I would say is, I’ve not lost these things yet, I think I’ve charged them once between visiting 6 countries recently and they are comfortable and play music. The noise cancelling isn’t as good as higher priced headphones and the quality overall isn’t going to be as good as higher priced ones but they do a good job. Sound quality is good, the feel is good and the look is good. They do a job at a price that’s friendly to idiots who lose things constantly. Like me.
If you want better you will probably have to splash quite a bit more cash.
All the functions the average person would need in convenient place with buttons sized with gaps to make it quite intuitive to use with a little practice.
Sound quality very good, although i’m no techno junkie, can hear sound wherever i walk in our flat.
Use Voice mode due to partner’s hearing being impaired.
Easy to turn sound up and down.
They look quite good to me and partner happy she can hear TV clearly at whatever level she chooses while i set TV at much lower level for the time being anyway.

Headphones can be expanded or contracted to fit head.
Comfortable on the whole, but do make my ears warm after prolonged use.
Yes they do fold once you get the confidence your not going to break them if you push them inwards.
Come with a bag and cable if you don’t want to use battery.
Loads of charge and if you USB charge them overnight no real inconvenience here.
A little bleed from them if sound low on TV, headphone sound reasonably high ,and partner next to you but nothing too disturbing. Obviously you can always pay more if you want, or expect better.
I’d say for the price at around 30 or lower when on offer these are more than sufficient for most people.

About 1.5 years in, the smooth rubbery padding along the headband part came loose. Wrapped black electrical tape aroud that which was the perfect fix – you can barely tell, hasn’t came up or peeled off. Shortly after I dropped them which snapped the plastic holding the earpiece in and broke the buttons. Managed to fix the buttons by taking it apart – the rocker was just dislodged – and the plastic was fixed by black electrical tape again!
I wear glasses and finally this month (Nov 2022) the padding ripped where the end of my glasses poked into the inside seam of the padding ring. I emailed customer service asking if they’d sell me replacement pads but on confirming my order number they sent me a completely new pair of Care 1’s free of charge, saying they don’t sell replacement pads! Extremely generous and I’m very thankful. This is well beyond their warranty and hopefully is a sign you won’t have any problems if you ever need to deal with their customer support.
YOU WILL WANT TO NOTE: The new model they sent me is different to the old model I got three years ago (different button placements, more oval ear shape, different audio cues for powering on/off etc). Of particular importance: although still enjoyable and for most people it’ll be perfectly acceptable, the sound quality is worse in the new model with ability to hit sub bass notes suffering the most, and also the sound is just a slight off, the best way I can describe it is it very slightly sounds like when you have squeezed your nose and blown so your ears pop and they haven’t popped back again (a tiny bit).
It’s not a massive downgrade at all, I’m particularly into bassy music and did notice fairly quickly, but I still had to compare them side by side a few times (connected to same phone playing same music) to fully pick out the differences. I’d still be happy with them if I paid the full price for them and it’s up to you to decide what you buy.
—– But you should know older reviews may be reviewing a completely different set of headphones with (I think possibly) different speaker drivers as well as cosmetic differences! —–
For reference, the old set has the buttons not on the edge but as a rocker on the flat of the right ear (you tap the flat bit at the front, bottom or back) and the eq is not a button but integrated into the on/off slider.
Good points
1. They look very nice and sleek, the design is very pleasant, the quality is very good and the padding around the ears is very soft. They are not small in any way over the ears but they are not big either. I guess I was expecting some bulky headphones but they were smaller than I expected. My ears are covered perfectly but that is highly subjective as it depends on your size.
2. The sound is very good but I am a neophyte regarding sound stuff.
3. The Bluetooth is pretty seamless and works perfectly with my phone and other devices. Phone conversations are good and I am heard at the other end without any issues.
4. The battery life is amazing. I got them at 70% charge and used them heavily for a full week, on average 9 hours a day if not more before they got to 10% and asked me to charge them. They charged in about 2 hours back to full charge. It does disconnect from a device if not used for 5 minutes which helps preserve battery life.
5. I tried them with the provided cable and it’s as good as wireless. The cable is also pretty and red and looks nice. It’s about 1m long.
Bad points
There’s 2 things that bother me about these headphones.
1. The padding over the head is not very thick and after long use, maybe 4-5 hours, my head starts to hurt a bit. I reposition these and wiggle them around and it’s fine. I noticed this a lot more when I first got them but less so now after about 3 weeks. Either they are getting a bit looser or I am getting used to it. It was quite annoying to begin with but less so now. Still, the top of my head sometimes hurts in long sessions.
2. The voice doesn’t always work on non phones. I tried these wirelessly with my laptop and Discord and the other party could not hear me all the time. As the cable provided does not work with voice, I ended up not using them. I also had issues trying to talk over some apps on my laptop like Microsoft Teams for work. They work fine on Teams on my phone so it seems to be a laptop related issue. However, this means I cannot rely on them for conversations on my laptop. For me this is not a deal breaker as I got them to mainly listen to music on my phone or phone calls but may be an issue for others. I tried them on 2 different laptops and the issues persists.
Overall, I am pleased with them even though they could be slightly better but they serve the purpose I had in mind for them and can see myself using them for the foreseeable future.
Had been pondering over buying some over-head headphones for a while; but was sceptical as I had always found them uncomfortable, but was pushed to buy them after the frustration of paying 20-30 for in-ear headphones, always to have them break on me after 6 months – I always find the sound quality decreasing after just a few months or the connections wearing on wired ones. I won an amazon voucher at work and decided to give these a go as the price seemed good, and the reviews promising. I must say; I was NOT disappointed! 😀 Probably the best 25 I’ve spent in a long while!
I’ve had these headphones for 6 months now and they are fabulous for casual use!
Sound quality is fab, and they block out lots of noise on the busy roads on my walks to work. The EQ modes are really useful, the headphone sound output range is wonderful, they go very loud which I find great for on commutes or in the gym. I’m slightly hard of hearing from working in nightclubs and I usually find earphones don’t go loud enough or cancel out background noise for me even if they claim to; but these are wonderful!
I have avoided over-head products for a while as they usually hurt my ears, but the padding on these is like pillows! They keep sound out/in, your ears warm in the winter haha, and don’t give me a headache likes others in the past! I’ve worn them on long runs too, and I don’t find they get too sweaty either! Highly recommend for the comfort alone!
They’re stylish, they look and feel a LOT more expensive than the 25 I paid, real quality product. The folding function is sleek and compact for travelling, I am pretty clumsy, and I don’t feel as if they are going to break if squashed in my bag! They come in a nice so range bag, the would be a great gift as the quality far exceeds the price you pay.
They are extremely versatile with the Bluetooth function or wired. I need Bluetooth for when listening on my iPad Pro as there’s is no headphone jack, and I use the wire for when gaming. The sound quality is superior on both. I can’t comment from a music industry standard – but I am quite picky with headphones as I do like to hear good range in my music, and I feel that these provide that.
May I say, perhaps the best part is the battery life! God, I use these headphones on Bluetooth mode DAILY, and I hardly have to charge them! I am shocked when I connect them up to my phone and they STILL have battery. I think I only charge them maybe once every 2 weeks? Not had them die on me yet anyhow, and I travel quite a bit down to London on long journeys, overnight stays and whatnot, and I don’t worry about the charge on them ever. They don’t seem to overly drain my phone battery either, like other Bluetooth devices have before! My phone Battery life is questionable, so it’s a concern for me, but these don’t seem to bother it much! The headphones seem to turn off and disconnect if you don’t use them for a little while which really helps if you’re forgetful like me.
Another nice touch is the welcoming voice you’re greated with as you turn these on/off, or connected to Bluetooth! The lady gives a charming “Hi!” And “Bye!” Which I can sometimes find cheesy or automated sounding; but she seems chirpy and unique. Sounds strange but it’s something that really makes a difference, some of the ones I’ve had in the past make me cringe or get annoying, but somehow the one on these headphones really brightens your day!
The one thing that I would warn of is that I don’t think the microphone feature is great on these, whoever I’m calling says I sound far away… but I don’t use them much for this, so it doesn’t bother me too much, but I’d say if you want these as gaming headphones, I’d avoid as the mic doesn’t come near enough your mouth.
They come with a warranty (and extended if you register the product) which I will certainly be making use of if they eventually break (if within warranty) as they are so great, I will want another pair.
6 months in and no complaints or deteriorating at all. These headphones are a a star purchase for the price! Could not recommend more!
No comment can be made on reliability over the longer term as only just purchased.
However, the instructions make no reference to changing the rechargeable battery when it comes to the end of its life.
I have emailed Doqaus and eventually, after 3 emails, got a reply of sorts-they state the battery, “can be used for 3 years”.
They go on to say if the battery fails in this time they would replace it but don’t say if this would be a free replacement and give no guidance on how to dismantle the headphones in order to do this.
I think my conclusion is that the battery is not really intended to be replaced and once it fails the headphones have come to the end of their life……..seems like built-in obsolescence and this does not impress me. If the battery were intended to be replaced, surely instructions would be totally clear about this.
For this reason I would only give the headphones a 3 star rating .
UPDATE TO MY INITIAL REVIEW:
I have had further contact from Doqaus who advise that it is their belief that most bluetooth headphones have batteries which are not replaceable by the customer…..this may well be true.
They seem genuinely concerned that I am not completely happy and have extended my warranty to two years.
I get a very strong impression that they are making great efforts to provide excellent customer care and I must say I am very impressed with the sound quality of the headphones………outstanding for the price : indeed, outstanding for a much higher price, I would suggest.
I have now increased the star rating to 4 stars and it would definitely be 5 stars if the design were such that the batteries could be changed by the customer in, say, 4 or 5 years time if necessary. It seems sad that so many products we buy are destined for landfill when improved design to give them a much longer life.
I would conclude by saying, however, that the customer support and communication from Doqaus has been 5 star.
