Really good polarised glasses great value for money and the storage bag and case are of a good quality. The best bit though is the little multi tool that’s included brilliant. Not seen this sort of tool included before when buying glasses well done duco great job
For the price, the quality is great. I would say I’ve had stronger protection sunglasses in the past but given the price you can’t argue. Comes well packaged with sunglasses case and other accessories. Great purchase!
Great value sunglasses, on my second set after two years of abuse and my kids playing with them trashed the first pair. Light, look good (in my opinion), do the job and cheap enough that if they get trashed I can buy another pair.
Only used them briefly but they feel nice solid. I never buy expensive sunglasses because I’ll only sit on them or lose them. Anyways, this pair seem way ahead for relatively little extra, especially when I was on Prime free trial (that was the deal maker)
A good value pair of sunglasses that come with a hard & soft case & a screwdriver to adjust. They are very good at doing their job in the sun. Very good for the price !
Second pair of Duco I have, last pair were bought in 2016 I think… Were a different shape, but protected the eyes more on the outside.. however these are a lovely fit, but not as “wrap around” as I thought from the picture. Have added a couple of images to emphasise the difference. Would still highly recommend these as the build is excellent and the frame is very well made…metal wings etc…never mind the case and adjustment tool that comes with them..
They’re pretty decent for the price. Only issue for me is they don’t really fit me properly and I had to bend the bridge quite a bit to get them bearable. Still not very comfortable but it could just be a me problem. What isn’t a me problem though is the lenses seem to be a LITTLE bit too small for how far the bridge sets them away from your face. Find myself getting glared in the eye from the gaps from time to time. Despite all that, for 25 quid they really are cracking polaroids and ideal for a long fishing session on a really bright day. Wouldn’t recommend for low light fishing since they’re cat3 and very strong.
Really like these sunglasses, I got them for cycling and went on a long ride today. Initially, they sat quite flat on the bridge of my nose which allowed a lot of light to spill in from the sides, I would have preferred them to be slightly more ‘wrap-around’. I did however manage to push the frame inwards at the temple area to add more of a curve which more or less fixed this problem and made them a lot more comfy to wear. The metalwork on the bridge of the frame is a little uncomfortable, but not too noticeable after getting used to them. Overall nice lightweight design with a sporty touch, great for vision on a bright day playing sports!
Delivery – The delivery was wonderful, they arrived the very next day (Thank you prime) and the packaging was in flawless condition.
Packaging – The packaging was sleek and professional, the minimal packaging perfect for the product. The quality of the product was evident from the box.
Whats in the Box? – The box contains: The Sunglasses; A sturdy case with clip (To attach to a bag etc); The velvetine glasses cleaner and case branded DUCO; A miniature screwdriver to tighten and loosen screws on the glasses; and finally a card that displays an image when wearing the glasses.
Product – The product is wonderful, the glassses grip perfectly to your head and are barely noticeable while wearing them. The level of light blocked is brilliant and is only uncomfortable if you look directly into the sun (I did it for the review 😉 ), for someone who had never used polarized glasses I had hours of fun tilting my head and looking at the TV to see it black. The cases protect the glasses brilliantly keeping them both safe from dropping AND from dirtying the lenses.
In general this product was brilliant, and for the price it was (18 on prime day) it was one of my favorite purchases this year!
OK, I first ordered a pair of these in brown after trying a different brand around the same price which were awful! These seemed much, much better and well made. After a few weeks of wear they were holding up very well so decided to get another couple pairs, one black, one in the blue. The black ones are fine, but unfortunately, the blue ones are like looking through lenses that have been heavily smeared with fingerprints, despite the fact they are spotlessly clean. Look really cool, but not really wearable. This is a shame as the blue from the outside looks fantastic. They are my favourite ones. I really want to try another pair, but not sure if this is just a one off fault, or an overall issue with these blue, slightly mirrored lenses. Can anyone else confirm? So, overall, seems well built, well presented in hard case with cleaning cloth, bag, even a screwdriver! The mini carabiner fell apart on my almost immediately, but I didn’t care. It’s a change to get some reasonable sunglasses and not get ripped off. I would recommend these, but not the mirrored lenses at this time. I’ll update the review if I get a pair and they are OK.
