I picked your food as I’m quite a health-conscious person myself and wanted the share the same healthy lifestyle with Yoda. For the record he loved his encore meals and gobbled them straight up.

Omg it smells so bad! But the cat loves it. She noms it straight down within seconds of it being on her plate. It is proper pieces of tuna and crab in a sort of soupy liquid (the liquid gets lapped up first of course). The thing to remember is that this is a treat and not something to feed all the time
I felt like I was cheated because the Gravy has far less fish than the Jelly version but my cats liked it and by the time I realised I was sent Gravy, I had already opened the packs that was stocked away.
However, I will buy more but I hope they send me the right packs next time (Jelly).
Overall, fantastic food and a bargain!
I ordered this chicken and rice as my dogs had a tummy bug and I hate boiling chicken. They loved it – it looked nice in the tin – and their tummies settled and allowed me to gradually change them back to their usual food. I bought another box to have in the cupboard to give them occasionally and for future tummy issues. My dogs and I are completely satisfied with Encore.
The food itself seems good quality – basically just chicken and rice which is why I went for it. My cat thinks it’s alright but that’s about it. If she doesn’t eat all of what’s put in her bowl it dries out and she won’t touch it after a bit (I thought she was being dramatic so left it and eventually she ate the rest but then threw it back up so didn’t make her do that again) but mostly, it stinks!!! Fresh it’s not too bad but as soon as it’s been in the bowl for half an hour it smells so so bad. Maybe it’s because our kitchen is quite small idk but the main reason I’m not buying this any more is because of the horrible smell.
