This is a review of the Exclusky Bike Helmet in Grey.
This looks like a well made cycle helmet. I tried it on and I was pleased that it was easier to adjust than my existing cycle help from a well known company. There is a roller, which was easy to work.
It had a red light at the back, which aids in cycle safety. It came with a USB cable, which in my view is an environmental waste. As they expect people to have a charger, but why would n’t they have a USB cable?
Looks like a great item. Recommended purchase.
Compact, well-ventilated and much more lightweight than it looks. It gives a snug fit without having to rely mostly on the chin strap.
Quality is great. It has the look and feel of a high-end road helmet, and certainly feels built to last.
The light is an excellent feature, especially for cycling in the winter when it starts to get dark earlier during the day. It’s bright, lasts a VERY long time without needing to be charged, and only takes about an hour to fully recharge.
Well worth the price. I’d be happy to recommend.
Lightweight, comfy, flashing and secure, and stylish, what else you would expect?
It’s well made and I love the beauty due to its great design, smart material and flexibility. Really it looks beautiful and aesthetically, it’s top and impressive. It’s lightweight and easy to adjust, wears very comfortably , no complaint at all.
A great feature is the detachable light, a great function to add but you could leave it anyway. I myself is very happy with this feature and the light is quick to charge with a USB cable. It’s waterproof with the rubber cover.
A bit pricy though but overall a quality helmet to recommend.
This is a great, lightweight, and very comfortable bike helmet. You can adjust the sizing inside very easily, we went for the medium, and all the men in the house have been using it, from age 13, 16 to 47.
The chin strap is padded, much nicer than some that have silicone, or just the strap material.
My favorite part is the rechargeable light that fits snugly into the back of the helmet, I love that!
This is a cycling helmet with a built in safety light.
The light is battery powered and has a number of flashing modes.
The helmet itself is comfortable and the straps secure it well on your head.
As a helmet this is good. With the added led lighting for safety, it is excellent.
This bike helmet is comfortable to wear. It adjusts easily to my head. They are sized, so make sure that you order the size for your head.
It is lightweight and yet strong enough to protect my head in a fall.
I particularly like the fluorescent yellow at the bottom, giving you a bit more visibility to others, but it also comes with a back light that fits on the back of the helmet and is rechargeable.
It is a simplistic design. It just does the job it was intended forandnomore.
I am thoroughly impressed with the aesthetics and build quality of this helmet. I opted for the matte black version in a large size, and it fits snugly and comfortably on my head. What is even more impressive is the head adjuster at the back, which allows for a customized fit. This feature is a game-changer as it means that my partner can also use the same helmet comfortably.
Above the head adjuster, there is a brilliant addition: a red LED light! This innovation adds an extra layer of safety and visibility during rides, especially in low-light conditions.
Despite being incredibly lightweight, the helmet imparts a strong sense of security. The overall build quality appears robust, although I cannot comment on its performance in an accident, and I hope I never have to find out!
One standout feature is the detachable and rechargeable brake light. While the helmet comes with a charging cable, please note that it does not include a charger. However, the convenience lies in its compatibility with any USB power source, making it versatile and easy to keep charged.
In terms of aesthetics, this helmet offers a choice of three distinct colour combinations and comes in two sizes to cater to a variety of preferences and head sizes.
To sum up, I wholeheartedly recommend this helmet to fellow mountain biking enthusiasts. It ticks all the boxes: lightweight, secure, and stylish — making it a fantastic choice for safety-conscious riders.
I have tried a few bicycle helmets in the past and never liked any of them and had returned them for one reason or another.
I was pleasantly surprised with this helmet as it ticked all my boxes. I liked how it looks, it fits very well (I did have to fiddle with the straps), it looks good on me , and I like the lights at the back. There isn’t anything about the helmet that I dislike! Yaaay!
I have not been on my Recumbent trike for awhile and am looking forward to it, especially now that I have a nice helmet to use. It also feels comfy and breezy on my head!
I am familiar with the Exclusky helmet brand, as I have a scooter helmet that is made by them also, which is very good. Seeing this bike helmet, I thought it would be good to try to see if it performs as well.
Firstly, on putting on the helmet, it is very lightweight (more so than the other Exclusky helmet) and very comfortable to wear. Using the tightening mechanism on the back of the helmet and in combination of adjusting the chin strap, you are able to get a perfect customised fit, keeping it nice and firmly in place, without the feeling that your skull is being crushed.
The helmet is fully lined with soft pads, which not only enables a good fit, but gives an extra layer of comfort, which is especially good if you are wearing this on long bike rides. In addition, should you get hot as a result of an intense bike ride, the pads act as moisture wicking to help absorb sweat. You are able to remove the pads to gently wash them after use too.
The helmet has a full safety construction, as it conforms to EU standards, so you can use this with great peace of mind, should the worse ever happen.
I ordered size 55-59cm, which is what my head measures at and it fits both my size and shape perfectly well, so there is no need to go up or down a size, like you have to with some products.
I was really attracted to the colour design, which is a lot different to all other helmets that I have. It is a really nice combination of grey and green, giving it a nice modern feel.
There is adequate ventilation incorporated into the helmet, with 15 vents over the whole shell. This promotes very good airflow, so it won’t feel too hot to wear during warmer weather.
For me, probably the best feature of this helmet is the clever design of an incorporated triangular light that slots snuggly into a dedicated slot at the rear of the helmet. The light is LED and is perfectly bright enough for the night-time riding. There are 3 lighting modes available consisting of constant, flashing and chasing to choose from. A great feature about the light is that it has an internal rechargeable battery, so there is no need for additional batteries and once it has been charged (approximately 1 hour to charge), it will give you up to 30 hours of run time, depending on which light mode you use.
I think that this helmet is a very well designed PPE, which I now use on my daily commutes to and from work. The purchase price is very reasonable for such a quality product. I would buy additional products from this brand, they are very good and I would highly recommend this helmet.
I wanted a lightweight, simple, unpretentious helmet for everyday use. This Exclusky helmet meets my needs.
It is very light but seems robust enough to do the job. Reasonably well made. It is not too fancy but not ugly either.
I measured my head as per the instructions and I was pretty close to being between sizes. I ordered the nearest one to my size and hope that there would be enough adjustment to fit. I need not have worried. The very easy to use adjustment took care of it perfectly.
In use it is comfortable and not hot and sweaty. The adjustable chin straps work well. The rear mounted light is a bonus but now that I have it I wouldn’t be without it. Although I have lights on my bike the extra one at head height increases the chances of being seen and recognised as a cyclist on a dark night.
At the higher end of my price range I think this helmet is worth the money.
Good helmet which is easily adjustable and comfortable. It has a rechargable rear light with 3 different modes of lighting which is useful to aid with visability when it’s dark. The price is about right for a decent cycle helmet.
A really comfortable and lightweight safety cycle helmet. I would say I have a small head really, but opted for the medium sized cycle (55-59) cm helmet, and although it looks big on me, well I think so anyway, the ratchet style adjuster at the back of the cycle helmet which is easy to operate secured perfectly without any problem. I also like the two tone colour scheme Mainly Grey with the fluorescent yellow around the lower area of the helmet. At the back of the helmet you can fit the included triangular shape red safety light which is powered via USB charging cable. The light itself has three modes to choose from. All in all I would I will be using this without question when out and about riding my mountain bike whether on or off roading.
I recently embarked on a wild and wacky cycling journey with the Exclusky Bike Helmet, and let me tell you, it was an experience like no other! From its USB-powered light to its adjustable design, this helmet had me laughing, gasping, and feeling safer than ever before.
First things first, let’s talk about the USB light feature. Picture this: cycling at dusk with a helmet that transforms into a mini disco ball on your head. Not only did it make me the coolest cyclist on the road, but it also kept me visible to every extraterrestrial creature around. Trust me when I say that UFO sightings have exponentially increased in my neighbourhood since I started using this helmet, lol!
Now, onto the adjustable goodness. With a head size that falls right in the middle of the 55-59cm/58-62cm range, I was relieved to find a helmet that fit me like a perfectly tailored onesie. No more wobbling around like a bobblehead doll on wheels! I felt so secure that I even attempted a few daredevil stunts, like cycling with my eyes closed. Spoiler alert: it didn’t end well, but hey, at least my head was protected!
Breathability is another area where the Exclusky Bike Helmet shines. As someone who sweats more than a waterfall during a heatwave, I appreciated the well-ventilated design. It felt like my head had its own personal air conditioner, except instead of cool air, it was a refreshing breeze of freedom. I’m pretty sure I broke a few land-speed records just from the sheer exhilaration of feeling the wind on my sweat-soaked scalp.
And let’s not forget the lightweight construction. This helmet is so feather-light that I sometimes forgot it was even there, leading to some awkward moments when I tried to enter buildings without removing it. But hey, who needs social graces when you have a helmet that makes you feel like you’re floating on a cloud?
In conclusion, the Exclusky Bike Helmet is a great companion for any cycling enthusiast. It combines safety, adjustability, breathability, and a dash of extraterrestrial flair into one delightful package. So, whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or a complete beginner, buckle up, turn on those USB lights, and get ready for the ride of your life!
Practical cycle helmet. Very lightweight, with an attractive grey and lime colour combination. There’s a removable light which slots into the rear of the helmet, charged with the USB lead provided. You need to apply quite a lot of pressure to the button that toggles between on, off and flashing functions, though I suppose this ensures you don’t inadvertently switch it off when touching the back of the helmet. The dial on the strap ensures a snug fit. A good cycle helmet. Comfortable to wear.
This is solid and it feels safe to use. Fitted well and not feel too warm. Easy to use and adjust. The light is good and bright enough. Price is not too bad for me.

Smart looking, lightweight and most important of all, comfortable, it’s surprising how many helmets have uncomfortable scratchy inners. This fits really well the adjustment knob at the back allows plenty of adjustment so the helmet really holds on well, of course the chin strap etc can all be adjusted to fit perfectly too. The integrated light is a really good thing to have, as a cyclist and a car driver I highly recommend having one, it really does help make you stand out in busy traffic or in low light. The light has several light modes and charges via the supplied USB cable. It’s not the cheapest of helmets, but I really like it’s styling and I’ve paid twice this for a helmet, so I don’t think the cost is outrageous.
Hope my review was helpful
