Excellent for tight muscles
My son had this set which I used frequently. I have lower back issues and the roller and balls help to release tension. The roller is good for practising my Pilates exercise

Little awkward to use but once you get used to it it works really well. Little harder material than was expecting but does have to withstand most peoples weight and keep its shape
I bought this foam roller after testing out quite a few different brands at my gym, this was by far the best. It seems to be quite robust and has no problem supporting my 100kg+ body. I have been using it for about a month roll out my tight hip flexors and it’s made a massive difference. My hips feel great and I have a better range of flexibility. The ridges seem to get right into the pressure points. For the price you really can’t go wrong I have tried many more expensive rollers that don’t hit the spot like this one.
It helps with recovery, after exercising or injury
It has given me some comfort and pain relief and has been long overdue since I needed one, it is quite important to have one at home rather than having to rely on the gym equipment.
It is portable and very convenient to travel with if ever needed from constant walking or sitting.
I give it 4/5 because of the price but how can I complain when it has helped more than any other health-cares advice, (no offence professionals).
I bought this item to help with hip pain, which it did help.
It is very hard and unforgiving though, so be prepared to work with it.
Useful videos explain exactly what to do for various parts of the back, neck, hips, legs, etc.
Definitely worth the money if you are prepared to put in a bit of effort!
