I’ve used this a couple times now and I enjoy the experience. Good quality and easy to use. Moulds nicely if not a little difficult to see out of. It’s like a spa day at home, it forces you to take some time out and take care of yourself since you won’t be able to see or do much with it on. Recommend an audio book and a timer. Felt very bright and refreshed afterwards, very pleasant experience. This now lives in my fridge so I can grab it whenever I have time to use it. Such a lovey treat! Definitely recommend.
This is a nice, thick beaded gel ice pack. It has a gel side and a soft, short fleecy side. It has four velcro elasticated straps that connect around the head. Although it technically can be worn with either side close to the skin, it’s more comfortable for me to wear it with the fleecy side against my skin. It fits my small female adult head well, although I do find it a little weighty, so I prefer to wear it while laying down. I just wish it came with a storage bag. I’d also prefer it to come with a removable cover, but it’s easy enough to keep clean with a wipe down. It arrived in good condition in a plastic box with basic instruction of use and maintenance.
I found this a great size and comfortable fit on my face but it really doesn’t stay cold for long at all which is disappointing as I do like to wear my old one for a while on a morning to reduce the puffiness I get when sleeping, has a good quality look and feel to it but even tho I keep it in my mini fridge at all times ready for a morning I only seem to get a few minutes of the coldness which I need

I’ve used it so far for both cold and heat therapy. For heat I used it as a part of my beauty regime, where it helps with opening my pores doing a facial instead of steaming. So after I’ve had it on. I leave it to cool before I’m able to put it in the freezer or fridge to ve then used after my facial to close my pores and relax.
But I’ve also use it when I suffer from migraines. I’ve tried cold patches and cold head bands before but I think this worked well but I would have found it better if the eye holes was a little more deep. So it covered more of the forehead for me. As that’s were I need the cold more really.
So if I move it up I wouldn’t be looking out the eye holes no more.
The straps do keep it securely in place.
So far so good. I would have preferred a little bigger.

This face mask is amazing – I store mine in the freezer so that it’s ready to go whenever I need to depute my face or facing a migraine. It can also be used as a hot mask after microwaving for a few seconds. Fits great on my face, very comfortable with the adjustable atraps. Definitively recommend!
True to images and description for this product. One side has a soft velour type surface …this is more suitable for when using warm and the other side is clear with beading in and a smooth wipeable surface. The bands have good velcro to help keep mask in place. I have been enjoying using the refreshing benefits of this mask by storing in the freezer then wearing for a couple of minutes…bead side down on my face in the mornings. Really helps wake up and revitalise sleepy head. I initially tried storing in the fridge but didn’t feel cold enough for the effects I wanted. I have not tried the warm yet but plan to prior using a face mask then freezing again to close up pores. There’s no way not to look crazy wearing this…but it’s good…just don’t forget to take it off before answering door . Overall a useful product to have and a good value for the quality of this .
My biggest complaint is the comfort, I found the section above the lip to be a little bit uncomfortable. This is due to the shape and not something I could adjust with the straps.
However the mask does work well, and if you have a headache it is very soothing.
I have tried it as an cool pack and it did feel nice and refreshing.
As yet I have not tried with heat.
I feel for headaches, migrains, or puffy face this mask will work well for most, and the comfort issue could well be just down to my face shape.
For this reason I’ll give 4* it is worth picking up.
I absolutely love this!
I have an eye mask made out of the same stuff and it’s brilliant. This one covers the whole face, can be used cold or warm, has adjustable straps for comfort, and is perfect for when a migraine kicks in or to help reduce puffiness. I actually love the colour too. I know right off it’ll always be kept in my fridge for when I need it, and this it’s a reasonable price at 14.99. I can and do recommend it.
I have just had surgery for a total knee replacement and these gel packs are ideal as they are malleable (unless you freeze them too much) so I can shape them around my knee
Worked really well, an hour in the freezer is enough to chill it down and it stays cool for at least the 20 minutes you should use it before letting the skin recover.
If you find it gets solid in the freezer, maybe check your temperature settings.
This might be a bit crazy but I bought these so I could sleep with them around me, since it’s getting so hot. They stay cold for a long time and it’s nice that they stay soft so I don’t feel like I’m sleeping with blocks of ice hahahah
Arthritic knee flare up benefits from these being frozen and wrapped around my knees inside a dish drying cloth, knees tied together for 20 minutes, three times a day. Easy to manipulate into knee shape, comfy to ‘wear’ as I type this review. The first time I used them I had visible liquid swelling on one knee which had disappeared by the time I removed the ice pack.
