I got this controller as a backup for my son’s friends when they come over to play on the Switch and it became my son’s favourite. It is precise and battery lasts for a long time. You can also use it wired on the PC which works perfectly.

So this controller is of a similar shape and style as majority of gaming controllers. That’s not a bad thing it just means the familiarity is there straight away.

Had few issues at first with connectivity but once connected all has been fine so far.

Nice responsive buttons and stick controllers. Slightly lighter than a normal controller but still enough weight to make it feel ok whilst in use.

The led lighting is a nice touch especially if your a gamer who likes to sit in the dark for the full immersive feeling.

Can’t find too much fault with this and for the price a great addition to your gaming armory

Having used controllers for multiple platforms, I found this one surprisingly functional. The responsiveness was near instantaneous and the grip felt natural, allowing for long gaming sessions without discomfort. The LED lighting feature might seem superfluous, but it does add an atmospheric touch. The vibrations provided a nuanced tactile feedback that noticeably enhanced my experience, particularly in action sequences.
Customization of button layouts is a welcome feature, allowing one to tweak settings to personal preferences. Though designed primarily for one specific console, the wired option provided the flexibility to use it on my computer as well. This controller seamlessly integrates functionality and aesthetics, without any noticeable glitches during my usage.

I’ve always been a bit sceptical of third party controllers, so I was interested to see how this Switch controller fared. Firstly, it feels as close to a first-party controller as anything I have used before. It feels just weighty enough, and is the same shape/dimensions as the official version.

Connection is easy – I charged it before use, and then it connected immediately upon pressing the start button while the Switch was on. It comes with a charging wire, but it also uses the official Nintendo wire if you need it.

The lights look great, especially in a dark room, and it feels very comfortable to use. The buttons have just the right amount of resistance, and the sticks feel responsive and just lightweight enough.

It’s a really impressive controller considering how much cheaper than the official version it is. Highly recommended, especially if you are looking for a controller with its own lighting effects.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Value, Works Exactly as it Should

Been using this controller for a variety of gaming platforms and it doesn’t disappoint. The LED light customization adds a nice flair, not often found in controllers. The wireless connectivity is smooth and reliable, crucial for any fast-paced game. While gaming on my PC, the wired connection is a reliable alternative. However, the macro function key took a bit of time to master but once configured, it enhanced my gaming experience manifold.

Appearance is excellent especially with all led lights. Wireless Controller easy to connect to switch. Buttons worked smoothly at the begging but after a while some became not responsive . Another issue is that it doesn’t hold its charge long enough

    This trial Switch controller…

    – connected to our Switch via the usual settings

    – included a charge lead

    – looks awesome when on, really cool lighting effects

    – feels natural and comfortable to hold

    – not great battery time, probably the price you pay for the cool lights

    – feels good build quality

    – no drift so far!

    Huzzah!

With its flashy looks aside this is a very good controller. It has a decent weight and well balanced.
The layout is pretty standard and all buttons are easy to reach and it is comfortable to hold for long periods.
Sticks are smooth and the buttons have a nice feel.
Can use on Switch, PC and android so pretty versatile.
Good battery life and quick to charge. Also has programmable button and vibration feedback.

This controller has a great deal going for it. For a start it is nice and comfortable to hold, fitting the hands very well, much like the x-box or playstation controllers currently on the market, it even has the two joysticks slightly offset like the x-box models. This is a good thing as the shape/design is already proven and if you use one of those it just feels right.

However this controller has some tricks that both of the official controllers doesn’t. For a start it is multi-platform, although not claimed to be suitable for x-box or playstation it is designed to be used on a PC, Nintendo Switch or a Phone/Tablet. Basically being wired with a USB connector it should work with most platforms that have USB.

In addition it has a plethora of buttons that cover virtually any function you can imagine, but also as well as this features a ‘macro’ function which allows you to map a range of button presses which it can then perform automatically for you. If you check the product info there is a handy video illustrating how this can be used.

Finally it has to be one of the coolest looking controllers I’ve ever seen. When you first get it out of the box it looks just like any other controller, except with a funky colourful casing. However, turn the controller on and you will be blown away by the RGB cycling illumination. But it doesn’t stop there, you can adjust all sorts of aspects of the lighting from cycling to flashing to ‘breathing’ as well as colour combo’s. Overall it is simply a work of art to look at, but at the same time is a great controller functionally as well.

This controller from HASACOOL looks amazing with the lighting effects. It easily connects to my Nintendo Switch and works wirelessly, the buttons seem smooth and it’s comfortable enough to hold in the hand. I did notice that the battery didn’t last as long as some of my other controllers and I put this down to the RGB lighting. It has a 1000mAh battery which is ok but could be better. This controller can also be used with your PC when using the wire but I didn’t try this as I never use controllers with my PC. Overall a very enjoyable controller that is fun to use and looks great and very eye catching when your buddies come over to play.
