I got this for 399 which is a very good bargain for a 65″ tv. The price is a steal. It was easy to mount and set up. I would recommend this.
Recently purchased a Hisense TV set. Never had this particular make before, only ever had Samsung. Found it a little slow to get going but still feel it is good value for the price l paid. R Barlow.
I love my new tv, great picture and sound quality. I recommend Hisense after being first time using the brand. Being a new tv I only wish Freely the new internet live tv broadcast had come installed
This is a great TV for the money. We use it as our bedroom TV and I’m really impressed with the quality of the image for how cheap it was. Setup was a breeze and wall mounting was ridiculously easy as it’s so light. Very happy with my purchase.
I purchased the 50 inch.
Just upgraded from a basic 32 inch LCD.
Yes about time and wow.
So easy to set up via scanning QR code and it shows you through everything to set it up.
When screen on its amazing well amazing. Sound is clear and really good.
Remote easy to use.
Still working on using all the smart features but need nephew here for that.
All in, a beautiful TV and screen is .
Has a lot of smart features but they can be a tiny bit slow compared to other devices I have used.
HD content is a bit washed out but acceptable at the price.
UHD content is surprisingly good for the price. Blacks are very good for an LED TV
Speakers are acceptable and don’t sound cheap
I also run a PS4 and Shield through the unit and both work well.
This is a second TV for me as my other is an LG 55″ OLED by way of compariso
This is my 2nd Hisense tv and it is great. Very easy to install and use. Picture and sound are comparable to other tvs that are a lot more expensive.
Rather than get a bottom of the range Samsung/LG, this one is perfect at a much lower price point.
I find it’s picture quality exactly the same as my Samsung which I paid a lot more for b
I bought this TV to mount it on the wall. The size was ideal for the location we chose. Great TV easy to use and has a great picture and sound. I really like the small border to the scree
Couldn’t be happier with the tv, went from a tiny 42inch to a whopping 65inch 4k tv, incredible picture, cinema style sound that’s so rich and really fills the room, I’ve had many cinema nights at home
I’d highly recommend i
I had previously arranged a return of faulty item and it wasn’t done so I rearranged pickup yesterday and it was collected earlier today that’s a good service just awaiting my cash refund now
for the money it is Fantastic and doesn’t disappoint . Out of the box the picture quality and colour settings aren’t the best but after a few minutes in the picture menu a good picture can be had. My tv before this one was nearly 3 times the price and definitely wasn’t 3 times better.
Where do I start? For 289.99 for 50″ tv is a great price and the tv is very light to pick up as I was expecting it to be heavy and it’s vey slim too, the sound is great too and loud, I wasn’t expecting it to be great for the price as I was going to buy a sound bar but no need for it, very easy to set up by scanning code on tv or input details manually and the tv is easy to navigate.
I would recommend this tv to anyone thinking about buying this and well worth the money.
For a ” cheap ” tv this was a brilliant buy, researched it first and not disappointed, no real need for a as the sound has depth and add, picture is fine.- easy to use remote with Alexa functio
Used for several months, performance of TV is well for watching normal TV programs. Considering selling price is more competitive than that of Sony/Samsung/LG, I regards as high Cost Performance ratio
One of the cheaper smart TV’s but definitely a good one! The picture quality is amazing and the sound is good, 3 HDMI’s is a downgrade for us but is definitely manageable, arrived undamaged and we’ll packaged for its protection, note that it does have a protective layer of plastic over the screen, so if there is a mark on arrival, (for us it was red) make sure to check it’s not just on the plastic (made us panic before we realised) my only issue with the TV was that the feet are so far from the center (unlike our old Samsung) that it wouldn’t fit on our tv stand, so we had to buy a new one, otherwise no issue, tv and remote work beautifully.
Seems ok up to now not bad picture at all few options for screen mode / game mode etc sound settings etc etc
Remote seems fine and responsive
they use there own operating system has the usual Amazon Netflix plex and loads of others
For the price you can’t go wrong
Just going to use it for gaming
Great looking tv in living rook, easy to set up, all apps on one screen, you can just pick whichever you like. Sound is quite poor if you pick tbe basic one but not a problem to connect to any speakers
I love my new TV, the value for me is brilliant, the TV does so much, the VIDAA system is fantastic, so much all for free! The picture quality is excellent, the colours are vibrant and realistic. The sound is so clear. I bought the TV ‘blind’ purely going on online reviews and I’m so glad I did. Highly recommended. Have a tinker around with the picture and sound settings when you are watching a film – you will be impressed. Final thought is when you turn the TV off its like curtains closing at a cinema with the sound going down, yes it’s a novelty BUT brilliant!
Had to buy a new TV after a Robin moved in with us and blew the TV up after pooping into the air vents went for this TV after originally being miffed I’m secretly happy my old TV went pop as I’ve fallen in love with this TV. The picture quality is superb, the sound thru our surround sound is incredible, set up took seconds and plugging it all the cables in was effortless (coming from a woman too!) I went for the 55″ and was surprised with how light it was, lifting it out the box was super easy.
I set the TV up via my phone, all sign ins required such as Netflix, prime, bbc etc were all sign ins via scanning QR codes which again took seconds with no passwords needed. The remote control is easy to use however I find it easier to use the remote control via my mobile. As a gamer the graphics thru xbox are very detailed making gaming more enjoyable especially when the game is 4k.
Really can’t fault this beautiful TV, very elegant looking, easy to use with brilliant picture quality and sound. You’ll love it too I’m sure
I grew tired of the negativity pushed upon us from the mainstream, so I got rid of my TV more than 20 years ago. I recently decided I wanted a larger monitor rather than watching video’s etc on my iMac so I did a wee bit of research and decided to go with this Hisense 50A6BGTUK 4K Smart TV. The set up out of the box was very simple ( even for a technophobe like me. I bought a sound bar which also took no time at all to set up via the eHDMI ARC ( the one remote takes care of all operations, which is a huge bonus, IMO ) The picture quality is outstanding, especially at the price, and the sound quality through a budget friendly sound bar is perfect for my requirements. All in all, a remarkably fair price for a fabulous piece of kit.
I love the size, picture quality, and some of its features. Still, I would have preferred the logo for going into the internet to be included with the icon apps, and the picture quality can be better compared to other brands I had used (although I have yet to enable the maximum picture quality). Also, the remote control could have been better with a roller button for easy navigation while using the web. However, still a nice TV for the price.
A good TV but found the VIDAA system very intrusive and made life difficult. I didn’t think the default picture quality was as good as i was expecting. At times a little flat without the depth. I was impressed by the choice of digital TV aerial or satellite connection. NB only one or the other connected at one time. It also supported a 500GB memory stick and also pausing live transmission. It’s a big TV and in fact was too big for us, so had to return it. Returning has to be organised the buyer at your own cost. It was delivered by DPD but discovered TV’s cannot be returned by DPD, even in their original packaging, with insurance! Tried all the usual with the same result, then got advice from local sub post office. No problem for Parcelforce! Money returned within 7 days as promised.
At 65 inches, it’s imposing. But as they say size matter…
For under 500 you get a big screen, a pretty decent picture, sure it’s not the best on the market but that’s why it is priced as it is. It has HDMI Arc so attaching the sound bar was a breeze. Lot’s of smart features, apps but NO Spotify which is a pain. The remote is slow. There is a noticeable delay between pressing the button and anything happening. The instructions are a bit pants but if you work your way through the various menu options, you will work it out and setting it up out of the box was a breeze
But those are the only 3 criticisms I can think of and for the price, I can live with them.
Definitely recommended if your in the market for a decent, large TV, packed full of features at a sensible price.
