Tips to Avoid Sticky/soft Resin

1. Accurate measuring. Following the correct 1:1 ratio by volume.
2. Mixing resin properly. Mix slowly for at least 3 minutes. Be sure to scrape the sides of your cup for equal mixing.
3. Do not cure in cold temperatures.
4. Do not add too much resin colorant. never add more than 6% of the total combined volume of resin and hardener.

If mixed slow and thoroughly this resin produces very few bubbles so is great for clear work. It’s cures with a lovely shine. It barely smells but I would still suggest using appropriate protection.

I love this resin; we dont get hot summers to ensure nice high temps for larger items; and yet I found this resin still cured well. It also has literally no air bubbles, which is great

Good value for money too. I set up a subscription for the 64oz due to its really competitive price.

Love the idea of not having loads of bubbles providing you stir slowly, there’s virtually no smell and it’s perfectly clear when it’s cured and not as pricey as some I’ve used, quick delivery too. Let’s Resin is a Great product so much so I just had 2 gallons delivered yesterday and I’ve got a repeat delivery booked, so that says it all really

I agree, it is less bubbles and if you let it sit for a little while they pop on their own!! I’m not that great at resining my work so it was great to use something to help me get good results, without using the torch so much

I had an issue with this product (it flash set in a batch whilst degassing) and the seller was extremely helpful in resolving the issue to my satisfaction. Ultimately the product served its purpose and the results speak for themselves! Thanks again, Let’s Resin!

I’ve been resin casting for 2 weeks now, had no experience or knowledge about this product and process, I’ve read differing reviews. If you do exactly as instructed you can’t go wrong. My casts have all been perfect, a tiny bubble here or there. Love this product and new hobby, just do as the instructions advise, you can’t go wrong.

I bought this and it wouldn’t set correctly. I contacted customer care and they see the problem and sent a replacement which is setting perfectly. I must have had a dodgy batch originally. Batch number given so they can check. Customer care team were fantastic and very apologetic.

I use Let’s Resin’s resin a lot because it is really good. I very rarely get any bubbles, and it is so clear. I have never had any issues with it not curing, and have used it for a few different types of resin projects, and it has never let me down. I recommend it, for everyone, because it is great quality, and very easy to use.

First time using Let’s Resin and most likely not the last time, produced some great quality items. Overall the process was super easy, had no issues with the viscosity, setting time or demoulding. Some few bubbles here and there, however nothing different to other makes. Looking forward to try the powders next!

I’ve had problems with other clear resins fusing to my molds. I was told this could happen if molds were damaged, but when white set resins didn’t fuse, I thought I’d try this a try and it’s fabulous. Works well for casts about 5cm thick, and takes pigments well. Only bad thing is that it thickens in the bottle if its cold, but its nothing a bath of warm water can’t deal with

I’ve used this resin before and it’s really good unfortunately my last order arrived yesterday and one of the bottles had leaked all over the box. Its the first time I’ve had this problem with resin deliveries .
