i find monin to have the best sugar free caramel syrup – it doesnt have any of that nasty artifical sweetner taste – perfect for an at home starbucks dupe!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this syrup to go in my iced lattes and it’s amazing! You can’t tell that it’s sugar free from the taste which is great with how much coffee I drink haha. My only issue is that it’s not cheap at all. There are other sugar free syrups out there that are cheaper so I’ll probably try one of those instead of reordering this. Nothing against the product itself though.

I recently tried MONIN Premium Caramel Sugar Free Syrup 1L for my morning lattes and I must say, it tastes just as good as the full sugar version! I’ve used this syrup about 5 times now and it adds the perfect amount of sweetness without any added guilt. Highly recommend for anyone looking to cut back on sugar in their coffee or cocktails.

You need to know that very little amount is required, it is not “thin” so you can use it for two months or more, I love other flavours but this one was also great to try. Would recommend if you are on a diet but want to keep things sweet.

I bought this in an attempt to stop spending so much money in coffee shops and instead making my own coffee.

This syrup is nice but very sweet – I use the smallest amount and I prefer it in iced coffee over hot coffee, but it does the job. It enhances the drink and is very nice once you find the right amount to use.

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersYou would truly never know this is sugar-free.

Please can I give you the recipe for the most incredible coffee, using this syrup:

~ one heaped teaspoon of Nescafe Americano (or good, freshly ground coffee, if you have it and prefer)

    ~ one pinch of salt

~ several generous squirts of the sugar free caramel Monin

    ~ hot water

    ~ milk (ideally full fat)

    ~ ice

Those are the ingredients. Here’s how to throw them together quickly:

Put your heaped teaspoon of coffee and your pinch of salt in a mug. Pour just enough boiling water to liquify your instant coffee (or to get your ground coffee to flow), and for your salt to disintegrate. Add sugar-free Monin to taste – anywhere between one and seven (yes, seven. I’m not ashamed!) squirts, then add ice. We add one huge ice-ball to each because it’s so slow to melt but if you don’t have those, you want enough nice to instantly make the coffee cold, but not so much that it gets too watered down.

If you’re using standard ice-cubes, we’d probably use 4 or 5, but bigger ice-cubes/balls are better – they melt slower, so they don’t water your coffee down too much. Then, fill your cup with milk. All things being equal, your drink should be about 50% milk. Let it sit for about 5 minutes (more if you have the patience) until the whole thing is ice-cold, then drink with a straw, and be in heaven.

Honestly, it’s heaven. We used to get a Starbucks frozen frappuccino whenever we could, but our homemade version is even taster, and doesn’t contain sugar.

If you try it, I hope you love it and that it makes you as happy as it does us!
