Motorbike Flying Goggles, protect your eyes from wind, splash and bad weather, suitable for motorcycling, skiing, hiking, shooting, fishing and many other outdoor activities!
These goggles fit well with my helmet and don’t fog up during rides. They’re comfortable and provide good protection against wind and debris when I’m on the road. Would recommend, great value for the price.
Acquired item to review, arrived on time, and well packaged.
These goggles are styled akin to bygone days. There well made, reasonably sturdy, and comfortable. For me I was looking for this design for a cosplay costume. Would I use them for biking, flying, riding, er no. Why? There’s no quality marks, or standards pertaining to their performance to protect your eyes? Hence am I going to ride a motorbike at x miles an hour and place my trust into a pair of goggles that haven’t been certified / tested and rated for impact? No…
That all said, I really like them, also a great price, but for me just as a prop, certainly not for anything else.
5/5 – Cosplay / Costumes / Wall Hanger etc.
1/5 for riding on a bike or anything else, flying, etc.etc.
So I got these to use instead of wearing plastic safety glasses when cutting woods and metals etc and they are so much more practical.
As they are a close fit you get less or no fogging on the lenses so sight is not impaired.
They are comfy to wear for prolonged periods so ideal for most applications.
One day I may try them on a motorcycle but not today
I wear a full face helmet with a visor for most of the year when I’m out and about on my 50 year old Suzuki GT250. However, on the two or three weekends a year when it’s actually warm and sunny, the last thing you want to wear is a helmet with a visor. That’s where these great little retro style goggles come in, they’re perfect for keeping the bugs grit and dust out of your eyes when you’re wearing an open face helmet.
They have slightly tinted lenses, are adjustable, have nicely padded lens surrounds, and are comfortable to wear for long periods, so perfect for rides where you want to feel the wind in your face.
You get the goggles and a soft pouch to store them in.
The goggles frame is made from black plastic with ventilation holes top and bottom, the lenses are slightly tinted plastic. There is no indication of any standard the lenses may (or may not) conform to. There is not much space to wear spectacles under these, if that’s a requirement probably best to look elsewhere.
I wore them for a trip on a mountain bike and the were fine, kept the wind off with no misting. The padding which contacts the face isn’t very thick and is quite stiff, not exactly uncomfortable, but I do think thicker less stiff padding would be an improvement. The strap is wide with plenty of adjustment, it went round my bicycle helmet without issue. They are very light.
For a budget item at this price point not much to complain about really, yes there are better quality goggles out there, but they tend to cost more.
