Honestly nothing to complain about with these.
The price is very reasonable, the bands are good quality and with 3 different resistance levels you can pick whichever one works for your purpose/exercise. The weakest one is good for light stretching and the strongest can be used for muscle growth. I find resistance band like these best for triggering muscle groups at different angles that you would do with free weights.

The door jam allows you to simulate some gym machines and if you have a door frame pull-up bar like I do there’s even more options for angles.

These are a decent set of 3 resistance bands. There’s also a door attachment and a bag. They are very thick and durable and I believe they will last well. They are a good price for the quality. They have 3 different resistances which is measured in llbs. My son says these work well along with his dumbbells for a reasonable home workout on the days he can’t go to the gym. He has recommended them to his friend, which is a ringing endorsement in my eyes!

    We would recommend.

This is a useful set of bands that come in a handy bag to keep them neat.

The thinnest band is quite thin, but good for runners doing seated exercises to strengthen ankles.

The medium and thick ones aren’t going to replace weight training, but they are excellent to use in stretching to add an extra bit of resistance.

The quality of the rubber appears good, though I would check regularly before use as it is not abrasion resistant.

The kit also comes with a door stop so you can use the bands with a door. It’s a small plastic tube covered in foam attached a webbing strap. The stop is designed to slip under a door for the bands to then attach to. I would not trust this in use as the foam is collapsible and could force its way under larger door gaps. I would have preferred to see something more robust.

This set of three resistance bands from Moxtoyu comes in a handy drawstring bag (taking up very little space when packed away), along with a small device with which to anchor the bands to a door, thus giving the option of a greater range of workouts.

As someone with ME and Long Covid, it’s vital for me to maintain regular exercise, and these bands are actually very similar to the ones I use for light to medium resistance work and warmups with my personal trainer.

Because these are made from thick rubber, they don’t curl up when using for leg work. I’ve used the wide, thin bands before, and they are horrible for this, and actually hurt me. These ones can still dig in a little but are nowhere near as painful as the others.

On days when I’m in a lot of pain, the yellow band, which offers the least resistance, is good for very light workouts. However, on other days, I mostly use the red one (the middle of the three). This gives me a decent workout, ranging from squats to lunges, to various full body work.

Alas, the black band is far too strong for me but it’s perfect for my partner, who now uses it every day.

To conclude – this is a decent entry-level set of resistance bands at an affordable price.

These bands immediately place extra demand on the whole arm. When doing pushups, even the lighter yellow band adds some extra resistance, so there’s no more first few easy pushes, I feel the exertion straight away.
The black is brutally strong! I’m not sure I’ll be using it as I’m not so young anymore, haha, but it’s useful for more serious workout enthusiasts.
My main use is when I’m exercising in VR – I use an app that involves a lot of punching in all directions, and it’s very easy to over extend and cause injury to the shoulders. The yellow band, stretched round my back to both hands, really adds some extra demand to the punch and stops me reaching full extension. That extra resistance means I have had to drop to easier levels in the ‘game’ to be able to complete the level, but I’m now getting full effect on my arms while keeping them safe from injury.

A good versatile set of bands to put in your gym bag and use at the gym or they can be used at home. There are 3 bands, yellow, red and black. The yellow is the lowest resistance and the black the most resistance. They are well made and don’t look like they will break easily. I have used these several times now and will continue to do so.

This is a very simple set of bands, consisting just of three bands of varying resistance, a door anchor, and a drawstring bag for storage. The bands are rated for 5-20lbs up to 30-60lbs. It would be preferable if they were metric, for comparison with gym weights, but you can workout the conversions yourself if need be.

The unstretched bands are each just over 2 metres in total length, formed into a seamless loop that is about 1-metre long when laid flat. This is longer than some other resistance bands but they can be doubled over to reduce the length and it’s useful to have the option to use the full length, for example for sprinting drills. The bands each have a rectangular cross section with a width proportional to the strength of the band. This differs from other bands that you can get that are more of a flat ribbon loop or have a circular cross section. The bands appear to be fairly robust but it’s hard to tell how long they will last and most resistance bands do eventually start to wear.

The door anchor is surprisingly secure, even on lightweight interior doors and makes it possible to do exercises like rows or lat pull-downs using the bands. Just be aware that the webbing strap may be abrasive on your door or its frame due to friction in use.

There is nothing in the way of instructions. It’s assumed that if you are buying these you know how you want to use them. The load that you can generate with these bands is not that high, with the thickest band only rated around 13.5-27kg. So if you wanted to use them to do resistance band deadlifts or squats you’d probably want to get some stronger ones.

The resistance level is not stated on each band. However, a storage bag and door anchor make up for this. They do the job and should last some time. Recommend.

Three bands of different resistance that are colour coded.
Comes with a door clamp and a carry bag.

These are great for low impact workouts, also great for yoga and other stretching exercises.

What I like about these is they are really convenient if you don’t have a lot of space and your only looking to do low resistance training.

Resistance bands are a great option for Training at home, and this set is ideal for beginners, or those who don’t need too much resistance.

The band supplied are good quality and give a wide range of options from very lightweight up to medium resistance (I’m quite a big guy so would ideally need stronger bands, but my girlfriend found them ideal for her size and strength).

They come supplied with a handy little bag to keep them in, and one thing that we really liked was the included attachment which will slip under a door, which is ideal for doing lifting type exercises or arm curls for example.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great, lightweight option for training at home..
