It is endeed a good suplement bought it thinking to myself gonna be one more to my collection mainly because it is not expensive at all also because of the omega 3 that never works for me cause it just keep indigestible making me feel fish tasty in my mouth all day long however this one the omega 3 is powder it tastes fish just when taking it once swallowed no more fish taste so works really well for me on this issue also nerves pain and muscle pain just gone like miracle
Energy level just went from 2 to 10

Okay swallowing but leaves a fishy taste in the mouth if you burp haven’t seen any difference between these and other vitamins supplements I’ve taken previously (apart from the fishy taste) other to that value wise its okay I guess.

Can’t fault the product but the listing needs changing as you now get 60 tabs as the pic suggests NOT 120 as the listing says. However, I’ve noticed the listing price as now halved!
I’ve contacted Amazon and the seller and both say the listing will be amended.

Dislike has too be the taste although it is not too bad as long as you pop something tasty into your mouth as soon as you have taken it
They stop endless bottles of vitamins rattling around in you cupboards—more like a one stop shop. I do suffer with a vitamin deficiency and these do help me feel well. I have more energy and my brain seems too be working better.
I would recommend these both my partner and I take them and have definitely noticed a difference

They were a good price compared to others when I bought them. I knew they were supposed to be big, but… I am used to taking a lot of tablets of different sizes, including large ones. In fact I take prescribed paracetamol every day – they are usually the long, “lozenge” ones, as are another medication (slightly larger in fact) I need to take two of alongside two paracetamol and another small one at dinner time. I can take them all in one go.

*But* I had to use a pill cutter on these! I took them at lunchtime when I only have paracetamol and vitamins to take, so they weren’t exactly fighting for space. I can’t say how many times I choked on them throughout the months of their usage. They got stuck in my throat, and I’d have to eat something quickly to push it down.

That was when problem 2 took hold. A “proper” swallow without any getting stuck would repeat on me with a very fishy after-taste, but after a half had been stuck, it took an age, a full meal and a couple of coffees to shift the “first-hand” fishy taste. Then came the second-hand taste…

I’m sure that quality-wise, they are exactly as described. I have no reason to doubt that the amounts of the stated ingredients are what they say they are. But you’ve got to like fish…

First of all I would like to know what the deal is with all those who complained about the taste ,what are they doing, sucking them. They are vitamins, you put it is your mother, you drink water and it going down. It is not in your mouth long enough for you to taste it. Moving on, I have compared these to more expensive vitamins on the market and they are very similar apart from the fact that these ones contain omega 3. Would I buy again, yes in a heat beat. I got them within 2 days, free delivery.

These are great and I definitely notice a difference in how I feel and genuinely how easy it is to think when I consistently take them. They are relatively easy to swallow but the taste is not great if you get it wrong. This doesn’t bother me at all though because the benefits are well worth it for me. Will be using these as my daily vitamin for the foreseeable future!

Having read some of the comments it was off putting but hear me out. Yes the tablets are hard to swallow but break them up. Yes the taste is not nice. Yes there is a smell due to the omega. But I have now been taking these for over a couple of weeks and I can confirm my muscle pains I had in my legs and knees has improved dramatically. My energy levels have been much better and feel less stressed probably due to my legs feeling better. I have been looking for a product and trying different tablets but this is the first I have seen and felt a huge difference. All I can say is thanks give it a go if you suffer from knee or muscular issues in your legs.

Came well packaged nice bottle . Big tablets but easy to swallow . Why a lot of people say the taste is awful I don’t know . Put it in your mouth and wash down with water no time to taste it . Haven’t taken for long so the benefits I’ll leave no comment on . Hoping they work

I’m not usually someone who struggles to swallow pills at all but these are massive, and not to mention taste and smell absolutely horrific. The first time I tried to swallow my body quite literally rejected it and projectile gagged it out of my throat – not a great start. Can’t fault the vitamins themselves though, great to find a multivitamin for so cheap! Hopefully worth the trauma of swallowing them daily

I have been on sick leave for a couple months now. Have had low energy, and felt stressed because of difficult situations in my life at the moment. Also, since I’m not working, I’m using this time for my personal development by doing online courses. To do that I need to do a lot of reading and to keep focus and concentration on them, I was looking for a food supplement.
I read endless different reviews and still couldnt decide which ones I should go for. Today’s market is very confusing, so I have my little procedure – before I make any purchase, I ask the seller questions and see how they respond. If a seller don’t bother to answer, why should I support his business? Of course if the seller isn’t responding, I look for another one. So even if I know the answer this is my “thing” to decide if I will be buying from them or not.
I was pleasantly surprised when my question was answered after just a couple hours! That was really quick especially if kept in mind that some sellers don’t answer at all!
So a big thank you and personal respect to the seller.
I bought those vitamins and hopefully can update my review with more details about how they worked for my inquires.
