Small, compact and very easy to use black and white laser printer Pantum. The printer arrived in a box very well packaged. Once opened the box contains the printer itself, a CD with drivers(if you do not have a laptop or a PC with a CD/DVD reader drivers can be downloaded from Pantum website) and other software, cables. Configuring the laptop and connecting it to the WiFi network is relatively easy once the instructions are followed. Once the printer is connected to the WiFi network any wirelessly connected device to the same network (i.e. laptop or a phone) can send files for print to the printer. I have used an USB cable to connect it to my laptop and once tested with a test print page the result was more than good – printing quality is excellent, printing speed is very good too. The printer prints only on one side of the pages and if both sides need to be printed on they need to be rotated manually. The printer feeds the paper on its own when printing only one or multiple pages. At the beginning of printing the first page the printer can be a bit noisy at times when feeding the first page but any page afterwards is fed quietly. Overall I am very pleased with the printer small size, quick printing speed, ease of use (wireless or with an USB cable) and its reliability. Good value for money.
I work full time from home and I am often printing things out for work or to read off as I struggle to read on my laptop. And as you can imagine I get through a lot of paper and a lot of ink, so a lot of money I spend goes on paying for ink cartridges for my printer so I was excited to try this as it would mean I wouldn’t need to keep purchasing ink.
Overall I was plesantly surprised by this printer. It is ran by a laser so no ink is required which is amazing as it removes that additional cost. It is good to note that this printer does only print in black and white obviously as the laser cannot create colour which is fine for me as most things I print off are only ever in black and white. I do suffer from visual stress so I use blue paper and it prints great on it similarly on white paper. This printer will only print on A4 paper which is standard for small office printers like this. It is also nice and compact so it will fit in smaller spaces which is great for me as my office is only small.
I do recommend for people like me who either forget to buy ink when they need it or don’t want the additional cost of ink to run their printe
I like how this is small and compact
It doesn’t take up to much space and is really light
It’s super fast printing and connects the pc relatively easily
I’m a bit disappointed it’s not able to print from my phone just the pc
If it does I haven’t figured that out.
Print is clear and legible no issues there
Good quality for the price
Very affordable
I’m impressed with the printer’s build quality—it’s sturdy, compact, sleek, and feels like it’s built to last. In terms of performance, this printer performs well. It delivers fast and efficient printing, particularly shining when it comes to text documents. While it handles images (more so graphics images) reasonably well, it’s evident that its forte lies in crisp, clear text printing. One of the standout features for me is the ability to print directly from my phone using the Pantum app. This convenience has proven to be very convenient, especially when I need to quickly print documents on the go. Overall, I’m impressed with, It combines excellent build quality with efficient printing capabilities, making it a good addition to any home or office setup. If you prioritise text printing and graphics and appreciate the convenience of wireless printing from your phone, this printer is definitely worth a consider.
The printer was quite easy to set up as all that was required was to download the Pantum app and follow the instructions. The app can then be used to print documents or photos (black and white).
The print quality was good and the speed acceptable.
As the printer is lightweight, easy to transport and store because of its small size I have already been asked by a couple of my grandchildren who are away at University if they can ‘borrow’ it.
A printer. For your computer. Or your phone.
It is quite compact in size. About thirty centimetres long by fifteen high. It comes in a cardboard with some plastic wrap on the outside. Of course there’s foam packaging and plastic covers inside, so there’s a bit to recycle.
There’s a power cable. A cd rom with the software. A usb cable. Plus the instruction book. Which has two pages of such. For each language. English. German. French. Italian. Spanish. Portuguese. Romanian.
Paper not included.
I am completely ignorant of the specifics of these things. I would check carefully you have the right system requirements before getting.
I tried to get it to print on my phone. I downloaded the Pantum app. Which is pretty easy to use. I then had to remove a seal from the cartridge inside. The instruction for this is only on the front of the machine. And it took me a moment to realise which bit it was. But that was easy when done.
Bigger problem was getting the paper in. You see two blue plastic bits at the bottom of the paper tray. These slide to the side. This wasn’t apparent at first glance and took a lot of working out.
Then I had to go through the app and choose what to print. It downloaded the data and when I had the paper in right in printed!
No I couldn’t believe I’d managed it either. That’s on me not the printer though. There’s not many instructions so I think those more savvy with such things will find it easy enough.
The print was black and white of a colour photo, so nothing special image wise. But it printed! Result! i need documents really. So will now play round with those.
This works. It’s good enough for me. It won’t work with a chromebook. So I will try my tablet as a back up.
Laser Printer Wireless is a high quality multi-function printer suitable for home and office use. It is designed with advanced laser technology to provide clear black and white printing to meet your printing needs. With its wireless and USB connectivity options, you can easily connect it to your device and start printing immediately.
This printer is perfect for those who need fast and reliable printing without compromising quality. Its stylish and modern design complements any workspace, making it an ideal addition to your home or office. Whether you need to print documents, reports or photos, a wireless laser printer is perfect for you.
It’s a very nice little printer. The prints are crisp and clear. It prints fast, as laser printers do, and it represents decent value for money. It doesn’t like my thicker stock card much, but did print on it for me. It’s let down a little by the driver software and the WiFi connection. I can’t get this to connect to WiFi at all. The only way I can use it is with the supplied cable plugged into my laptop. Now, that’s not an issue for me for how I want to use it. I have a WiFi-capable laser printer set up already. I wanted a way to be able to print documents quickly when I was in a different room. The other thing is that the form factor is so small that it’s not possible to store the printer paper inside the machine. That’s just a niggle though. Overall I think it’s a good machine that would be great if it connected to WiFi easily.
A great little laser printer.
Easy to set up on my MacBook and prints clearly and legibly.
Not a lot else to add – it looks like a laser printer, fast and efficient!
