I wanted a sharp knife, mainly for cutting joints of meat.
This has certainly lived up to my expectation so far.
It’s now carefully hidden away from all else in a drawer within its box etc. and has to be treated with the utmost respect.
Well worth the purchase and definitely thinking about buying more of the range available.
Was on the look out for a great sharp knife for my husband, struggled to find anything within this price range that was good quality. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a go. I was not disappointed, great knife that we are seriously impressed with. The effect on the metal made it very interesting and beautiful sleek black box it came in made it perfect to be given as a present.
Don’t be fooled by the laser printed markings though. This is definately not Damascus steel. I knew this purchasing it but it is very misleading to someone who doesn’t know what they’re buying.
The knife arrived quickly and is in a lovely presentation box. Bought as present so haven’t used but looks sharp. Has a comfortable handle and is a good weight. Arrived wrapped in a thin postage bag so box edges were slightly damaged which is annoying as a prese
Quality costs more, but as a keen cook, I like to use the best I can get. Without doubt
one of the finest knives on the market, and the best I’ve ever used.
I bought this knife because I was sick and tired of my dull knives. I must say that this knife does not disappoint! I can now slice easily through potato’s, carrots, meat…..you name it and this knife cuts through it. I will definitely be adding more Paudin knives to our collection!
She loves the knife she works in a kitchen uses every day .happy .looks like it keeps it edge ok not the most high quality but was not the price for a high end knife x
This knife came razor sharp and has since dulled after a lot of use but is very easy to sharpen back to its original state. I can’t say the same for other more expensive brands like Global.
Fairly sharp without being too sharp. Looks like it will take an edge well and should last a while.

My wife is into bread making. She needed a sharp knife for crusty loaves and I took a chance on this one. It exceeded all expectations – beautiful design and quality of sharpness. The wooden handle is ergonomic and lovely to hold. Highly recommended!
This knife is incredible, truly sharp and a smooth cut – truly chef-like which is great for the price !!
Versatile use, doesn’t feel heavy or hard to utilise, however the quality is immaculate and really supported my dishes as someone who’s into culinary and baking.
