I bought a pack of these hoping that finally I had found something that would deter mosquitos as they absolutely love me! I wore these throughout my holiday and didn’t get a single bite while my family and friends were constantly being bitten. I could colour co-ordinate with my outfits each day. Love them. They look like leather bracelets and once heard on you cannot smell the citronella. When my family started wearing them they stopped being bitten.

I always get attacked by mosquitoes every time I travel to a hot climate! I heard mixed reviews when I purchased these and thought they probably wouldn’t work! I was so wrong, I put it on the first night of the holiday and for the entire holiday I didn’t get a single bite! The last night I didn’t realise it had fallen off (probably due to the drinks) woke up with a lot of bites when I realised I didn’t have by band anymore!! They really do work, such good value for money and only used one for myself, and shared the rest with my family, best buy, will definitely recommend to anyone I know and will repurchase on any holiday I go on!

I have previously suffered with mosquito bites, to the point I was once hospitalised from suffering from the bites.
I found an advertisement for these bracelets and decided to try them. The outcome has been great, I have been abroad a total of 7 times this year and not suffered one bite. I must admit I don’t remove them, only to shower, so I wear them 24 hrs a day on holiday, it makes me feel ‘safer’.
I also wear them in the UK if going for a walk in the country , woods etc and when gardening.
I have recommended them to friends and they found them a great product also.

Reasonably priced and look ok. I wore them in an area with a high number of mosquitoes. After a week I’d been bitten a couple of times, which for me is a good return. I’ll definitely be using again.

Usually, during the summer, in the UK or abroad, I am a mosquito banquet. I have spent every summer of my life slathered in insect repellent of varying degrees of toxicity, all to no avail. Having been bitten 8 times over 2 nights recently I thought I would give these a shot. And Oh My God! Since I put one of these on my wrist 4 days ago NOT A SINGLE BITE! To be completely honest, on the first night the strength of the citronella scent gave me a headache, but since then it has diminished a lot and doesn’t bother me. I have left the band on to shower and it doesn’t seem to have lessened it’s effectiveness thus far. Long may it continue, excellent product! Highly
recommend!

I went for the darker colours but I can see the brighter colours would be great for kids. Really strong smell of citronella at first, which is quite pleasant and they say each band gives 300 hrs of protection. I’m a farmer and spend a lot of my day outdoors and I don’t know if it’s coincidence or not but haven’t been bothered by midges anywhere near as much as usual. So generally with the money, not too flashy and does the job.

A bit fiddly to fasten on the wrist, I expected a joined up product that would be adjustable rather than one you have to tie yourself. Also not very big for an adult ankle. Pleasing fragrance though and good quality item.

As there are a lot in a pack I shared them with 2 friends on our holiday and shared the price. Lovely colours too. They smelt quite strongly of citronella when first put on, but that soon faded. Not one bite on holiday in Kos Greece all week. Wore them all the time and in the pool/shower. One friend took hers off on the way to the airport on our way home and got bitten once in departures !!! Moral of the story – keep it on till you’re back in the UK.

Husband is constantly being bitten when playing golf / walking, these regularly become infected and require antibiotics. He’s used the bands once so far and no bites. The real test and reason for buying is a week long golfing holiday in Scotland , I will update review on his return!

I used to get eaten alive by mosquitoes until I discovered Citronella a few years ago. I usually use a spray but thought I’d try these bracelets and I loved them. They are cute and you can match the colours to your outfits but the main plus is they work You can smell the bracelet initially but not unpleasant and it fades or you get used to it. Would definitely use again.

These are a must I normally get eaten alive on holiday and I have allergic reaction to bites so it’s never pleasant, I really wasn’t sure these would work but I had to try due to the reviews and I’d highly recommend 2 weeks we were away for and non of my family go bitten but I could see other guests did so they were around. We changed our bracelets every week it does say they’ll last longer but I didn’t want to chance it. We were in the pool for hours a day and they still worked. I’d give them more than 5* if I could

Got these for my holiday in Greece. Wore on my ankle and wrists. Great I didn’t get bitten there . But got a few bites on my shoulders. So would still recommend insect repellent.

Not fully sure if worked as got bitten by something on the 1st day and did have 3 on at the time, however rest of there holiday ok.

My daughter recommended these wrist bands because l suffer badly by mosquito bites. I took them on a river cruise on the Douro in Portugal. They worked a treat and l didn’t get bitten once and in fact handed out some to other travellers on the same cruise and they all were bite free. A great product if you suffer with bites there is a 200 hour protection. And you can keep them on in the shower.

I was skeptical that these would fend off the tiny blood suckers that use me as an all you can buffet.
After a week in Italy in early summer (even seeing mosquitoes in the room) I left unscathed without even one bite.
Nice design blends in as a casual beach type bracelet. The scent is not over powering or really noticeable when worn.

I will never be without these again. 5 of us wore them in Greece on our holiday. There was still one or two bites between us, but nothing like we have had in the past. I highly recommend these. Great choice of colours for all age groups. The smell was alright too. Easy to put on, and stayed on even when swimming in the sea.

This is a repeat rider as we used these bracelets all the time we were in the Caribbean- we never had a single bite! They worked just as well at home on summer nights sitting outside at the riverside pub. The initial scent is strong (which is also reassuring) but fades away, however the bracelet keeps doing its job! Very happy with these and like that they look good too!

Worked for me, but not my wife – who appears to be on all mosquito’s ‘must attack’ list and is plaqued by mosquitos more than the rest of us.
She also wore her first pair in the shower and when swimming, so did greatly reduce the effectiveness.
I used mine in conjunction with Jungle Formula, and barely got bitten. Just the odd nibble, which I considered OK.
As someone else mentions, when wet the colour does come out. On to the lovely white sheets in the hotel – sorry 🙁
Work OK, but not perfect. But I’m not sure what is 100% against mosquito bites short of walking around under a net, or holidaying where there are no biters.

Bought these for Greece where the mosquitoes were really bad, I wore one of these every night and i never gotten bitten once! Also put one next to my bed.. aren’t too strong either..

I’ve seen these all over social media and as I am a complete mossie magnet on my holidays I decided to give them a try.

I put mine on straight away and initially the citronella smell is quite strong but it wears off after a day or so. My partner who never normally gets bitten started to get a few bites whereas nothing on me! I then insisted that he wears one and after that he never got another bite! Definitely a massive success for me and I enjoyed a bite free holiday.

We’ve been back from our holidays for seven weeks now and I’m still wearing my band as a “souvenir” of my holiday as when I look at it it reminds me of the fantastic time I had in Greece over the summer!

I used these on holiday in the Caribbean.
Would normally wear one on my wrist or my ankle (to match my outfit) and top up with the Avon repellent spray on my skin.

Sometimes I wore them to bed if mossies in the room, otherwise I would take them off and put back in the pack with unused ones to replenish the citronella.

The scent is a bit strong for some people, so be mindful of this. Only the red colour ran

They last about 2 days, then you may want to switch them over or just add a fresh one on your wrist for a bohemian look.

Apart from being beautiful, these bracelets really repelled the mosquitos from us during a safari. However, they were less efective by a mangrove.
But overall, I was satisfied.
The smell is strong at the beginnin but it fades aways day by day

I bought these bracelets very late in the summer so my experience is limited. However, they did seem to help and I certainly didn’t seem to be as plagued with those pesky late summer wasps as usual. I used three at once. One tied to my sandal, one on my bag and one on the outside table. My skin is sensitive and I found the one I put around my wrist to be irritating my skin a little so I removed it. Now they are packed away for the winter but I shall certainly be using them next spring!
