Got this box and was excited. I know packs are all about chances and I was somehow lucky. Got 7 hollow cards and some were duplicated, one hollow and one normal. Was so excited to open and organize them. Would get another box.
I was really worried, due to some reviews, that these had been reopened and tampered with, but this was not the case for me. The packs were properly sealed and while the boxes weren’t in the best condition, they were not opened. I got some decent pulls.
Secondly, I could not believe the amount of hits I got in these boosters. I bought two boxes of the Zapdos promos from Amazon. (They went on sale for a very short time for $17). Bought two boxes of Alakazam promos from a competitor (was cheaper there than Amazon, will discuss that later). Out of 16 packs, only 2 did not have any hits. That’s pretty good odds. Not sure if all 151 is like this since it’s a in-between of the mainline Scarlet/Violet, or if I was just pretty darn lucky.
Alt art Charizard ex ($110) and alt art Blastoise ex ($50) pretty much pays for itself. Also pulled full art Ninetails ex, alt art Squirtle and Wartortle, alt art Venusaur ex and a handful of other hits. Incredible
Now… Why Amazon has these packs (Zapdos and Alakazam) priced at $25 when they retail for $22 at PokemonCenter and other competitors (Targ)…? Do yourself a favor and get them elsewhere in brick stores, unless Amazon puts on sale again. Oh… And don’t buy from 3rd parties here. You’re gonna get absolute common pulls. Bet!
So far from Amazon I’ve purchased 2 elite trainer boxes, the zapdos pack, and a japanese 3 pack, and they’ve all been great! Good pulls, everything came in good condition and was factory sealed. I was hesitant on all of them because of all the reviews suggesting tampering, but all of mine have been great. Definitely recommend!
El producto lleg en buenas condiciones (golpeado de algunos lados porque venia en un sobre que no proteje mucho) pero el contenido lleg bastante bien. Todo original y a buen precio si lo vende Amazon Mxico, de otras partes est a sobreprecio. Me sali Ivysaur alternativo as que lo am jaja.
Todo perfecto con el producto, si pueden comprarlo directo de Amazon Mxico sale a muy buen precio.
Solamente un pequeo detalle y es que se da la caja al momento del envo.
El paquete lleg un da antes de lo estimado, sin golpes en la caja ni daos. Las tarjetas que salieron no fueron las esperadas pero tambin es cuestin de suerte, muy buen producto.

I like the 151 set but keep finding quality control issues with the 151 set, many of the cards have compression marks (especially the back corner), and the coloring is not as vibrant as the Japanese version of the same card.
I will continue to collect the 151 set but I’m disappointed in the overall card, and production, quality.
