My BT YouView box is connected by the extenders you plug into the mains sockets and connect with a RJ45 ethernet cable. Normally works fine until you try to watch sports and then the box starts buffering and the picture pixelates and the sound cuts out. I plugged in one of these next to the BT box and swopped the RJ45 ethernet cable across and now I can watch the football without problems. Some features on the BT box are unavailable but I just swop the cable back again as necessary. I keep both units plugged into a nearby mains socket so swopping over is easy. Overall the BT buffering problem will only be solved when BT produce a wifi enabled box.

I can get full signals into my bedroom and my girl can work in her room now without any interruption. Our WiFi signal were great downstairs but not very good upstairs. We installed this extended in stairs and now enjoying full range WiFi upstairs. I can watch my Netflix series late night without any issues

I needed a wired connection for my PS5 upstairs for online gaming as my WiFi wasn’t cutting it. I bought this more out of hope than anything.but it only works and perfectly. You plug it to a wall socket, turn it on, run downstairs and hit the WPS button on your router and wait for the two to pair. It took about a minute. Same signal as downstairs and sorted the lag problem I had instantly. Brillia
