Fits well with a bit of extra space.
Material is thick and strong. It is well stitched and no holes or loose threads.
It has been tested when we had lots of rain and it kept the barbeque grill stayed dry. It stayed on despite being hit by strong winds.
It feels like this cover will last for years of us, rai, snow or shine.

I put this over my barbecue at the start of September. So far so good. We have a quite a big one, and this covered it easily. I will check on the barbecue in the spring and let you know how it fared over the winter.
This is a heavy duty BBQ cover suitable for most sizes of BBQ or other items of garden furniture.
Ours is a 4 burner BBQ with side burner and tray and it fits adequately. It is quite heavy so hopefully this means it will be durable and long lasting.
It comes in it’s own drawstring bag, although I would be surprised if I myself could ever get this cover back in it, the bag could be used for other things though, such as BBQ utensils or small gardening tools.
The description states that it has a waterproof, windproof and rip proof coating amongst other things. It has only been in place a for a short time so far so I cannot really confirm all these things at the moment, but it does appear very strong and durable. It is also premium UV resistant meaning it should not fade. It can also be wiped clean with a damp cloth if necessary which is nice and easy.
This cover is easy to place on the BBQ as it has two handles at the top, there are adjustable Velcro straps on the side which are very useful, when tightened I am sure this cover will stay in place even on a very windy day. There is also a rope buckle to tighten the cover at the bottom. This is a little bit fiddly and didn’t seem to adjust much on mine but it is an extra feature to hopefully keep it in place.
I would point out that the image shown on the product page is slightly different as the item I received has no logo on the front (which I prefer), and the material is not quite as dark in colour as shown, as long as it lives up to the no fade claim, this isn’t really a problem.
I would say this is reasonably priced (19.70 at time of review). When comparing to other similar covers, most around this price are 420D or less Oxford fabric whereas this is 600D so should be thicker, stronger and more durable. It does appear to be a good quality BBQ cover.
It looks good quality and has stood up to the weather during these rainy weeks and kept my grill well protected. It is also secured with Velcro straps that keep it in place even in windy conditions.
It is easy to clean and store when no longer in use. I am happy with the product. The measurements have been correct and it fits me well.
Good quality cover. Waterproof and fits well over a medium sized BBQ. It was hard to pull it tight around the bottom though, so came home one day to find it had blown off. I have now tied some string around it to stop it happening again. This has worked but it doesn’t look so nice now!
Stays in place due to velcro straps and survives a storm level warning.

Arrived in small bag that you may or may not use again. Not sure how realistic I would be putting the cover back in a bag when using the actual BBQ …however it is useful to put itemstongsspatula’s from the BBQ…so this works for me.
The cover itself fitted the normal BBQ of shelf on one side and hob on the other with main grill in the middle.
Having tried normal shop bought variants, did wonder how long before this goes around the garden. Can honestly say this has not moved off the BBQ. The velcro straps are easy to apply and as shown in photo, they took the main body in and sit under the shelf or around the gas tank. There is a togglerope to pull the bottom edges in and I find these fail quite a few times on other versions…but the velcro in this model has stayed put and more so not even flinched in the wind.
Checked under the cover and can say no water is showing on the lid or shelf therefore waterproof is a yes.
A very good and high quality cover that easily fit our barbecue. It is easy to put on, not too heavy to lift and put over, etc. I would recommend this to anyone who is in need of a barbecue cover.
This is a large cover designed primarily for BBQs, but you could use it for other large items or maybe even a garden chair or small table. It arrives in a little drawstring bag and I like that it can be folded or rolled up quite small for easier storage when not in use.
The cover is waterproof, so it’s handy to have on a BBQ you leave outside but I’m currently using it for one that’s inside, but needs better coverage in the damp and spider-infested garage!
It’s approx 150cm x 61cm x 119cm so it’s pretty huge. It’s a bit too big for our smaller BBQ but I’ve wrapped part of the cover underneath so it works okay. It has strings at the bottom and velcro straps to tighten and secure it in place to keep your BBQ (or whatever) protected from the elements and any dirt/damage/water. I didn’t find them overly easy to use but I got there in the end, so maybe that’s just me.
The image on the product page shows “SOKANA” printed on the front over the cover and the cover itself looks quite silky; I’d say it doesn’t quite look like that in reality, so it’s more like a huge creased anorak and plain with no brand name on it. You can’t help but have it creased and looking the way it does though, it’s just that it doesn’t quite look as is perhaps suggested.
It seems a little pricey at 19.70 at the time of writing, but when comparing to similar products it seems quite average and the size here is very big. It also seems like good quality and should do the job very well.
I get the feeling it will wear well as the layers of material provide good protection (PU coating PVC Oxford fabric then waterproof & sun-proof layer on top). It’s not too thin and not too thick and heavy either, so it seems just right in that regard. I can’t find any issues with the one we received so I’m happy with it and it’s handy that you can wipe it clean when necessary too.
This arrived sealed in a polythene bag.
Once opened the cover is contained in a drawstring bag made of the same sturdy material.
I’m not sure the bag is necessary, as it will never get used again for the cover (the cover is on the BBQ after all) but it’s a nice touch and could be used for storing other gardening tools in.
The cover itself is very well made. Stitched perfectly and made of a tough, durable, waterproof material.
I got this for my mums BBQ which is about 130cm wide and this cover fits fine. It certainly makes her stored BBQ look much better – I daren’t post the tatty mess photo of the old cover that had perished completely.
There are two velcro fastenings, one at each end. Only one of these allows for a nice tight adjustment. The other is more for anchoring the cover.
Still, it looks secure and covers everything – especially all the stuff she tends hide under the BBQ.
This is a great looking, tough and durable cover that has plenty of room for your average large BBQ.

This is a well made and strong barbecue cover with material to spare. They are so useful in the winter moths as the rain purs down. Previous ones have rotted quickly so it will be interesting to see if this SOKANA product can stay the course.
This is quiet a large barbeque cover. The material is strong and can feel the weight. I put water over it using garden hose and not a drop was seen inside. The Velcro straps help to tighten the cover according to the shape of the grill. The adjustable sting at the bottom also help to keep the cover in place and the string can be used to tie down the cover to the grill. Appears well made.
Presented in its own drawstring bag, & feels weighty on arrival. Once unfolded it turned out to be much bigger than I expected. It easily covers my 4-burner BBQ, and I can even leave the side tables/wings up & fit it under the cover! I’d rather it be too big than too small & use the excess to tuck underneath, but please be sure to check the dimensions before purchase, especially if you’re looking for something more compact.
The quality is very good — heavy weight material which easily stood up to the weekend storms. The drawstring hem & Velcro straps are also very useful. My previous cover only had a drawstring & was forever blowing off in the wind. The straps can be used to tether the cover around the legs, or around the lower, narrower part of the BBQ.
The bag in which it comes is a nice touch, and although I can’t see me ever storing the cover back in it, it has come in useful for storing my new tent pegs!
Recommended, particularly for large BBQs.
This BBQ cover came well packaged with a drawstring pouch which could be used for something else if needed as the cover will stay on the BBQ most of the time to protect it.
It has a good, weighty feel and so far has offered good protection against the rain with no leaks. I liked the velcro straps and also the integrated cord at the bottom to tighten it against the wind. I also like the fact that it has no logo printed on it.
Time will tell but this has exceeded my expectations and is better than the old one it has replaced.
Very good materials feels rigid and the cover looks like it could take rain for the next 10 years or so.
Slightly bigger than expected but worked a charm, the velcro straps makes it easy to fold in.
Why 4/5 (not 5/50 well the bottom side has a little adjustable clip, I pulled it to reduce the size unfortunately it wouldn’t push in and was quite stiff.
I managed in the end to use the velcro to pack it all in.

The material is really strong and will stand up to the sort of weather we experience during British winters and it does have ties on the bottom but it is absolutely massive. I got it to replace the cover that came with my BBQ which went brittle and crumbled to dust. This one isn’t made out of that plasticky material that tends to go that way, it’s proper, weather proof, heavy material that should also withstand the wind as well as the rain. It’s much bigger than I expected and my barrel bbq is swamped by it but that was my fault for not measuring. This would comfortably cover a double gas BBQ.
Can’t believe I’m raving about a BBQ cover but I am. This cover is awesome in that it evokes awe and then some.
I have a Landman BBQ with 6 burners and side burners the thing is huge and I have had trouble replacing the cover. Years of Duck tape could no longer keep it together.
I saw this cover and thought I’d give it a go, surely it can’t be big enough – but it was and then some.
The cover comes in a nice storage bag (superfluous as the cover is out of it most of the time) which can be used for something else like school PE kit.
The cover is waterproof lined with a rubberised coating and is pretty thick though as always the BBQ should be cool before covering.
It has two handles to aid in placement but this thing swallowed my BBQ while with room to spare. It has Velcro straps to tighten the cover below the side table height in case of windy days.
This is a grate product (pun intended). Seriously about as good as I could have hoped for.
