I like the little spatulas that come with it as they have the dosage on but they do tend to fall into the liquid so could do with a hook at the top. The taste is great so far- now waiting to see what happens.

This shilajit right here changed my life from feeling tired doing my daily mom work to supermom that is ON some supercharge engine. Definitely i can feel the difference specially with my energy level is incredibly increased plus when its time to sleep am like a baby . I take this with my first morning coffee and there i go with my day with full blast non stop task killer hehe. I will be buying more when my one is almost runs out.

Great tasting shilajit I enjoy the earthy taste and energy boost it gives me. I mix it with green tea every morning and really enjoy it. Will definitely order again as it’s also a good value compared to other brands.

Super stuff to add to your daily supplement routine.. tastes awful, because I eat raw, but it’s worth it.. You can add to hot drink if that’s better for you.
Gives a lovely warm feeling of well being, an increased good mood and focus on getting stuff done, with that extra energy boost to go with it..

Ever since I’ve taken shilajit I’ve had a lot more energy and I’m just a lot more happier. I will definitely be buying more when I’ve finished the jar. The smell is very strong and smelly but you do get used to it, I just take a small amount once a day with a my coffee. I recommend this product to anyone as it’s value for money and you do get a lot of shilajit in the jar!

Loved the look of the packaging also the price when there are lightening deals etc.
Heard lots of talk about this particular brand and read lots of mixed reviews so wasn’t sure what to expect but for me more energy and not feeling slumped was a focus for me and after 10 days I certainly felt I had more energy and overall general health picked up.
I combined mine with coffee, water, but now take with spoon of honey 5 walnuts and 2 gloves and my ibs symptoms have gone and I feel more alert so I will continue this method but you only need a small amount so just take it the tary taste you get used to it but my honey after sorts that out for Me.
I’ve recommended to friends and they have also felt more energised in there mid 60s.

The taste is as expected for Shilajit, and I have tried many!
it is VERY runny, unlike other brands, which does make it easier to handle and it doesnt get stuck on the inside of the jar or lid, which is an added bonus

I have not had it for long so cant really speak of the effects quite yet
The price was very good, (on offer) hence me giving it a go.

My favorite way to use it is in spring dragon longevity tea, for a great morning boost!

alternatively I put some in red bush tea with a few drops of vanilla stevia

its also a nice touch that it comes with dosing sticks

I will use this batch and if results are good I’ll probably be back for more 😀

Not going to lie I was totally sceptical about the hype of this product but honestly it’s made me feel more alive and less lethargic.it does have a taste that can only be described as drinking mud water but it’s totally worth buying. I definitely recommend it highly

Never tried Shilajit before, wasn’t as bad a taste as I thought it might be. It does have a tar’ish taste, not that I know what tar tastes like. Personally I found it has a sweet aftertaste which I found quite pleasant. I thought it might have made me feel a little more energy but I couldn’t tell for sure. Someone else may feel a stronger affect.

I have tried different Shilajit, as Shilahit is packed full on Vitamins and Minerals, this one is far strong and for the price too. at the time this was on special price so was absolute bargain. I have brought this product a couple of times now and when i go to work i have some raw direct from the spoon, seems to give a lift. but can mix it in a warm dribk.

The Taste is strong which once you get used too you can tell product just a the small pea size amount or even smaller gives you a kick. it came with a couple of wooden spoons to only used 1 for the pack
Have tried the tablets from another company also but not seem to get the same effect.

Will be buying again once i have used the second product up.

he first thing that stands out is obviously the tub itself. Extremely well-designed and has a very “premium” look and feel to it. However, the smell is the greatest at first but you’ll kind of get used to it after a while. tasting it on its own “raw” wasn’t for me but may be different for others which is while I dissolved it into water.

4.0 out of 5 stars highly recommend buying

I don’t normally write reviews, but so impressed with this stuff that had to write. I’m in my 40’s and I normally have to take afternoon naps as my energy is low, but after having this every morning (mixed in with my porridge), I have so much more energy. I played football for this first time in a few months, so was expecting to be tired after 1 or 2 sprints, but I was completely fine… that’s never happened before (since I was in my 20’s). The only thing I’ve changed in my diet is this, hence, here I am. Want more energy, try it out! Be warned, it stinks, and doesnt taste nice by itself. But mix it in with something, and it’s fine.

I heard about shilajit helping with fibromyalgia symptoms but I’m always sceptical of trying new things I found this one that was 100% shilajit resin with no nasty chemicals in so figured I’d give it a try.

Oh my gosh it’s amazing, I’m not saying it’s a miracle worker but I had a lot more energy straight away the fatigue was not nearly as bad as normal and it’s taken the edge off the pain.

The little wooden spoons that come with it are handy so you know how much to use and to stir it into the water, the taste is quite earthy however I melt it into a small amount of boiled water add a shot of cold water and just knock it back before my morning coffee and I’m set for the day!

Amazing stuff and will definitely buy more when I’m out, great price as well in comparison to a lot of others out there
