Ordered this product to prevent my dogs from running up and down stairs one of them has Vestibular pixabam and struggles with her balance due to not properly checking the width both top and bottom the gate is too big. The quality of the gate is very good I will order a smaller one same model from this seller and it was delivered on time a and well packaged easy to fit gate was just too big
For 22 this item is great, unfortunately I had to return mine as I needed one for the bank holiday weekend and there was a small issue, great seller, returned it by Royal Mail yesterday and informed today that my refund has been issued. Will definitely by from them again.
Good sturdy item easy to install
We brought this to stop the dig getting out when kids leave the door open and does the job. Very quick and easy to install using the adhesive pads that come with it. It’s strong and holds well.
I did ask a question to the vendor, as I was not sure about moving the item to different places once the tie had been cut back. They replied promptly. Basically, the installation is easy. Once the gate has been firmly put in place, the gap will disappear and the tie can be cut back. My gate is now placed in a corridor, is strongly fixed to the walls and seems secure. There will be no problem to undo the supporting knobs and move it to another place.
Great communication fast delivery product as described. Ensure it’s the correct size for stair opening otherwise gate extension is required. Fairly strong when installed but a gate with solid fixings are best albeit causing decor damage. Would buy again.
I love how easy it is to assemble. Very sturdy once it is put up, as I use it to contain my dog it needs to be. Great price . Can’t fault it. Will buy again , it’s perfect to keep children /pets safe .
Of course I didn’t read the instructions properly and cut the tape too soon. But I resolved the problem by tightening the the sides until it came together. Now buying two more.
Sturdy, quick and easy to assemble, install and operate. I particularly like the fact that it clicks shut rather than having to mess about aligning catches. One point of note: the instructions impress on the importance of not cutting the ties until after it has been installed otherwise it will expand to the point of being too wide to fit. It does not however point out (as it should) that when uninstalling you need to reverse this process by attaching a tape or string around where the tie was. If you try to uninstall without doing this the gate will expand and lose it shape possibly to the point of making it impossible to remove it and certainly making it difficult to reinstall. I had to do this shortly after installing because I had a delivery and found it very easy only taking a few minutes. Good product.
