Makes a huge difference in ease of use compared to some of the older, bulkier cables I am still using in various places. This can bend much more tightly than the one it replaced, which meant I could move some stuff into places I couldn’t before. Considering this is around the same price as many other cables, this is a great choice which is much more flexible.
All specs match up these can handle 4k @ 120hz absolutely would recommend! I needed these for my purchase of an oled and they work perfect with my devices as needed. They deliver the picture and sound quality promised
Needed short HDMI cable to connect a mini pc to a monitor. Standard almost rigid thick cable exerted lateral strain on the component connectors, this cable relieved that and works perfectly.
I ordered this HDMI cable to connect my PS5 and Roku TV and enjoy the best gaming and streaming experience. It is a superb and sleek cable, with a ultra thin and flexible design. The cable is made of soft and durable material and has a gold-plated connector. The cable supports HDMI 2.1 standard and can deliver up to 48Gbps bandwidth. The cable can support 4K resolution at 120Hz and 8K resolution at 60Hz, as well as HDR, ARC, eARC, VRR, ALLM and more features. The cable is compatible with most devices that have HDMI ports, such as HDTV, Blu-ray, PC, laptop and more. The cable is 2 meters long, which is enough for me to use in different situations. The cable comes with a user manual and a warranty card.
Very minimal packaging, just a printed resealable bag. Both of the HDMI plugs have covers to protect them.
I am amazed that a cable so thin can deliver 8K UHD video, absolutely super value for money, I would certainly order more of this brand of cable.
I used mine for an ARC cable to link my media screen to my soundbar. Sound, not ultra high def video.
With a very old 2k HDMI cable there was a connection, hence a noticeable improvement in sound quality, but the very stiff cable put a lot of torque on the connectors. Nice to not have to use a cable like this.
Thsucords extra thin is way thinner than that old 2k cable, it’s even thinner than my braided 8k 4k HDMI that I use for the video feed. The braided is way less stiff than the 2k but still noticeably stiff, stiffness in this extra thin is just not noticeable. Torque at the connectors is now not noticeable.
Right now, this connector feels perfect.
This HDMI cable is amazing. The build quality is great and, even if it’s so thin, I think it will last for years.
I have a 4K screen and, as I would expect from a cable like this, the video quality is perfect.
The 2 meters version works well for connecting devices without having too much cable left, so the desk looks nice and tidy.
I would recommend it to anyone.
This cable arrived in a small plastic grip-seal pouch, it was neatly coiled up and held in place with a small velcro-style cable tidy and each end of the cable had the usual plastic protector. The cable measures at the advertised length and it feels like an excellent quality cable and I had no concerns based on a visual inspection of the cable itself. Each connector body has a stiff strain-relief where it attaches to the cable, extending the bending radius of the cable significantly, which prevents excessive wear and tear.
As I said, I really enjoy using these thinner cables compared to full sized ones for a few reasons. Functionally speaking, this thin & flexible cable does everything a thicker one does without any real downsides. They’re small & lightweight, which makes them excellent for portable setups where you need to pack light. As they can be tucked away into a small pocket on a steamdeck/switch carrying case or laptop bag for external display connections. Honestly, I even use them for permanent applications with my desktop computer and other entertainment devices. Working with these is just generally better, it’s ten times easier to get it into awkward locations and you aren’t constantly fighting a 8mm thick cable while blindly trying to plug the connector into its port.
This cable was easily able to keep up with anything I threw at it from my PC running at 1440p@144hz to 4k@120hz on the main TV in the house. It’s an excellent addition to any entertainment hub and will happily sit out of view doing its job. I would genuinely challenge someone to notice any issues with the picture or sound quality on this cable in a blind test versus any of the other thicker cables around this specification.
My only concern as always with these thinner cables is that they are less resistant to rough handling. They’re technically not as durable or abrasion resistant, and rolling over one with an office chair or closing a cabinet door on them could do some serious damage compared to bulkier HDMI cables. But as long as you aren’t rough on your cables they are absolutely fine and I’ve had a similar cable in use for literally years in my backpack for use with my tablet, steamdeck and switch docking hubs.
If you are looking for a nice looking & slimline 2.1 compliant cable that will last you for the foreseeable future, then this is perfect. The price is marginally higher than a few alternatives available, though this is an 8K UHD rated cable so I’d say it’s justified.
No issues with this , recommended.
The video goes into more detail, including pin testing.
However, in a nutshell:
Things I liked:
+ Works just fine. All pins connected as you should expect.
+ No noticeable degradation at 2K.
Things I didn’t like:
– Nothing.
Do I recommend it?
Yes. It works fine. The thin cable doesn’t appear to harm the quality of the signal and the cable itself is easier to manipulate than thicker HDMI cables.
Has bought another cable but it would take up the entire space of the trunking. Two of these cables comfortably fit in (16mmx16mm trunking). No issues with connection this far either.
I got a KVM and as one would know, KVM requires multiple cables for it to work between 2 devices. I noticed that my cables were far too bulky and some of them were showing their age. Some even came with very old sky boxes. I was time to upgrade.
This HDMI cable is the leanest cable I have seen. Believe me when I say the packaging itself really surprised me. It came in this really cute size packaging. I am accustomed for HDMI to come in A5 size packaging but this was as if I bought a wallet. Well done to the designers of this product. Very Impressed
This is a 8k HDMI to HDMI cable that supports 2.1 Now this is very important to gamers. With TVs and consoles, offering such great output, you need a cable that can equally live upto the outputs. This cable will do. And will do it in a very subtle and flexible way.
I can’t stress enough how thin they have made the cable. But the functionality in my case is not compromised. The super-thin and flexible HDMI 2.1 cable with 2.5mm diameter fits perfectly in tight spaces. The cable itself is 2m in length.
Having gold-plated connector means you can almost certainly ensure that it is resistance to corrosion, highly durable and will provide maximum transmission speed.
Pros:
– Thin Thin Thin
– Gold Plated
– 8k
– 2.1
– 1m
– Easy to hide
– Naked to the eye design
Con:
– Other alternatives are slightly cheaper.
Technology is progressing at a very first rate. Almost every TV available int eh market, offers features like 4K ultra HD resolution, and is fast progressing toward offering 8K resolution on affordable price. This HDMI cable is future proof and will work in any resolution highest being 8k
