To be fair, I’ve not used the product as yet, however I do like the quantity, the fittings so the item can be used as dumbbells or weights on a bar, I also like the attachment to make it into an ab roller. I currently have a foot injury so the roller is not practical for me right now, but as soon as my injury is safe I’ll be using it regularly.
The price is good also.
