This docker worked for me. Needed one with multiple usb ports and to support 2 screens. One screen goes through the hdmi port, the other through a display port adapter. Also has other usb-c ports.

It was driving me crazy at work having to unplug 5 cables every time I needed to disconnect my laptop for meetings

This is game changer and able to run three screens from laptop and charge the laptop from one USB c cable is amazing

Time will tell if it lasts though

i bought this for my work issued Microsoft Surface Pro as I was given some USB C headphones and didn’t have enough ports. I am using two HDMI monitor cables, a keyboard using USB, a webcam using USB and the USB-C headphones and have found it to be really reliable. It even worked without the power supply.

It did take some time for the laptop to recognise the docking station every day so I did have to unplug and restart however given the cost differential to an approved docking station its worth it!

Great extension for USB-C connection in MacBook Air. I can now read external drives and connect an external keyboard and mouse to my MacBook. It also has an Ethernet connector which is great because I wanted more stable internet when working from home. Great product. I hope it lasts!

Headline says it all really. I needed a USB C hub that had both an SD card and a Network port and this one seemed to fit the bill.

It certainly does that but the first time I used it, it got quite hot so I contacted the seller about this. The reply I received confirmed that the device will get “warm” in use.

Great product and works really well. Incredibly convenient. Allows me to connect my work laptop to both monitors, plug in my headphones and connect my keyboard and mouse all from one adapter, instead of using all available ports on my laptop.

One point for individuals looking to use this for dual monitor setups + laptop screen, if your USB-C port is not a thunderbolt port, the HDMIs will not work. When using this with my personal laptop, due to the age of the laptop (Asus Zenbook 3 UX390ua), the technology wasn’t as up to date as I assumed which meant it couldn’t be used as expected.

Decided to change my review since they contacted me and are trying to find a solution and troubleshoot the issue. I understand that technology is always changing and compatibility can change with a driver update from night to day.

Good Build quality, and lots of ports most appear to work unfortunatly the SD card reader doesn’t appear to be working but it is early days, and will amend review if I get it working.

Following the above review the seller has contacted me and been very helpful and has arrange for a replacement, the customer service has been first class and efficient. Thanks to Renee

I used this hub to connect a VGA monitor to the laptop. Initially I thought that I could use both the HDMI and the VGA ports to connect to the monitors in expand mode. However it turns out that the two ports work in sort of mirror mode even though the laptop is put in expand mode. I confirmed this with the seller and to do what I needed I would need a hub that had a MST chip. I now have it working as desired (in expand mode) by connecting the HDMI monitor directly to the laptop and use the VGA port on the hub for the VGA monitor with the laptop lid closed. The added bonus of this hub is that the laptop does not have an Ethernet port whereas the hub does.

All the ports work and the metal finish feels study and of prism quality. Charges iPad while allowing the iPad to use HDMI, therefore perfect for what I wanted and the aux point means my Bose headphones are not redundant for the new iPad. Certainly would recommend and is great for other people needing a port. Did not over heat and maintained Charing iPad with the majority of the ports occupied. Solid, I would buy again.
