I initially bought this so that I could plug my USB work headset into it under my desk where it’s mounted, as the cable for it wasn’t long enough to neatly run under the desk to my docking station to connect to my laptop. This hub has a long enough cable for me to connect to the dock, run neatly under the desk and I’ve mounted it under there with double sided velcro straps. So now I have quick and easy access to a plethora of ports which are connected to my dock and thus my laptop, all neatly hidden and easily managed out of sight. The ports all work great and the power delivery is a nice handy feature.
It would be good to have a middle sized lead. The short version was too short and this is too long.
Not sure if fault of the device or my laptop (and the drivers) but the hdmi connected to this pack doesn’t work.
The product was shipped fast. It does exactly what it promises and the speeds are good for connected drives. Had it a for a couple of weeks now. Very reliable so fat. The value for money is excellent. They should make one that is slightly more expensive using aluminium. I highly recommend this product!
Bought because I only have 1 HDMI port on my laptop. This solved the issue as allows you to charge/ HDMI through one micro usb port. Small so allows for easy transport.
Plastic feels cheap but the design is sleep and seems durable enough.
