I bought these for the windowsill. They’re really pretty when they’re on and working, but it takes quite a sunny day to have them at decent brightness for any length of time. After a cloudy day, they just shine weakly for less than an hour. I’m happy I bought them, but I won’t buy any more. Maybe they’re better for the summer.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersLoved these lights when i got them, lovely warm white light, strung around our patio doors. Unfortunately we’ve had them less than a year and about 6 lights have stopped working, ruining the effect.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought two sets. Was happy with first set until buying second set. First set lights up for 4 hours while the second set stays alight for 8 hours. Same product same price same position (lights are in a tree) so a bit confused.

So far I have been very pleased with these lights. I purchased the 24 bulb version, thinking less bulbs means they stay alight longer.
At the moment they stay on for approx six hours. I’m leaving them out all year so see how well they do with shorter charging time.
The soft white colour is nice and does give enough light to sit out on the patio.
For the price you can’t go wrong.

These are much smaller than expected. More like big fairy lights than small bulbs. But they work as expected so can’t fault them for the price. After a day of sun they will probably last 4 hours, if its cloudy approx 2.5-3. We’ll see how they hold up in the winter months

Already bought some previously bright white which were lovely saw a 2 pack on offer so had some more they stay on all night have handy multi settings . The double pack didn’t work they just flashed now and then so I charged the batteries which must have been flat as they work fine now . My only mistake was I didn’t order bright white so there yellow so don’t shine as bright.

The lights were easy to instal, and fix into place . For some reason we thought the length was a bit longer but they suffice, and look good once they’re illuminated

should have bought the longer versions, they look good in our garden but would have preferred them to have been brighter. our neighbor has the closer together than we do and they look better.

hese are tiny bulbs, and not a great light source. I would say it could be used for decorations only, as I wanted to use them at my grill area, and they are not bright enough

For the price these are excellent value for money and couldn’t be any easier to install. The one thing I would say and it is quite important but doesn’t make it clear on the instructions is, it is they only come on when it is dark, however to test them simply cover the solar panel with your hand and if charged enough they should light up.
It does not make it clear enough that the rechargeable batteries are already fitted and charged.

They are much smaller than they look in the photographs. Each bulb is about 2-3 cm diameter. The length of the actual bulb strip is about 12 feet.. the rest is from the charger to the first bulb in line.

The lights have only been up for one day so reviewing on this basis. So far really happy with the look on these lights, makes a big difference to the side of my garage. I will be purchasing another set to go on the front of the sheds aswell. They are warm light colour, and the brightness is quite good. This solar light has 8 different functions, such as fade or flashing, I’m happy with just the constant light. Hoping they will last a while.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good set of solar lights

Great product, works really well and easy to set up. If I had one small niggle, it’s that around 1/4 of the overall length of the lights is taken up with straight cord that leads to the powerpack, so whilst the overall length is around 24 foot you actually only get around 16-18 feet of lights. However for the money it’s only a small thing and we went on to purchase a second set.

Good…! they weren’t long enough for the job that I wanted to do in the garden, that’s why I had to order another set from a different supplier which were longer with more Led lights.
This product had a Bad description in the selling of the product. Said that they were 24ft long with the lights, but it was in total length including the remainder of the cable going to the solar panel. The length of the lights was only 12ft…….!

I read other reviews before buying so I knew the lights were small, which was fine, I just wanted lights that weren’t the typical fairy lights type.

These are perfect and aren’t unsightly in the day either. The solar panel is small enough to hide between plants (but in a sunny spot). I used 3.5mm cable tacks/clips to attach the string to my wooden sleepers.

The only negative is the description says 24 foot long – that’s obviously from the solar panel all the way to the last light, but there is quite a bit of cable before the first light. I had hoped the lights would’ve covered more space than they have, but I like them so much I decided to order a second set to get the look I wanted (photo shows the first set in place, I’m waiting for the second set).

Another positive are the different lighting modes (or you can just have them “on”).

The light they emit isn’t very bright, but they’re not designed for that purpose, but I was really surprised by how long they stay lit in the evening for. I fitted them lunchtime yesterday, which was a dull rainy day, I’m not sure what time they actually came on (sunset was 20:30) but they were still going strong at 1am.

Overall I’m very pleased and happy to recommend, just remember there is a length of “empty” cable when measuring up.

5.0 out of 5 stars They stay lit for hours

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersI’m planning to set these solar lights up next summer. But I tested already even summer ended and not much sunshine got now days. What can I say? They are brilliant, very bright colourful lit bulbs & I loved the different modes you could have them in flashing, fading in and out, random or just left on. I had them out for at least 7 hours and when dusk came, the lights automatically came on. Nice sized solar panel, which can be either put in the ground (with a pole included) or mounted on a wall, the fixtures are included, but I won’t be using them. I think I’m going to enjoy putting these lights for next all Summer 🙂 on my garden fen.
    Highly recommend this lights.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBrilliant solar lights that are much brighter than I was expecting. Ive had cheap solar powered lights in the past and they’ve always been a disappointment with weak output and a tendancy to break. These lights – to my surprise are quite the opposite. I initially bought 2 sets thinking they’d cover my back fence (around 12 metres) but they only covered about 2/3 of the distance, so I bought another set. They’re easy to install and worked perfectly from the first day I’ll, despite only putting the up about 2pm on a fairly overcast day. Can’t recommend them enough, a neighbour even asked where I got them as he wants to buy a set himself. I just hope they last and continue to work as they have done the first few days.

Straight out the box these worked with charge.. however I do recommend more sun befor enough turn them on. Easy to install as you just hang or wrap them round things in your garden. The solar panel has a fence/wall mountable bracket too as well as a spike which is awesome. Screwed them straight into a fence post and angled it to the sun. Several flashing sequences to suit your needs.

Look really good when they’re glowing. A nice warm ambiance in a bubbled glass ball. Fairly bright and last all night.. literally. I have to get up to feed my baby and these are still on at 4-5 in the morning.

The lights arrived next day so pleased with that however despite having them outside for 2 days in the light and sun they didn’t charge. Really poor and a shame as I’m sure they could be nice, if they worked..

Updated – seller supplied a replacement set of these lights and they work perfectly. Great little lights, thanks! Moved from 1 star to 4.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI have been working very hard on sorting our garden out for summer. It’s almost done but was missing some lights.
I found these ones and decided to buy them. I wasn’t disappointed! They shine very brightly and certainly keep shining until long after my bedtime. They are also beautiful like little crystal globes. I liked them so much I purchased another set.
I’m really looking forward to sitting in terms garden with a fire, a beer and these blovely lights.
Oh, I almost forgot. Theyou have several different modes that you can change. Personally I prefer them just on and not flashing.

These little lights are exactly what I was looking for to hang up outside my chicken run. They’re not too bright to wake the chickens at night but they’re perfect for me to be able to get some residual light when I’m bumbling around in the dark. They were so easy to put up, just held in place with garden wire. My top tip would be to be careful how you secure the control box and solar panel. My cat has already knocked these off the roof. I can’t tell if they’re weatherproof because we haven’t had any bad weather, but everything appears to be carefully sealed.
