As per title, I use this in a room that does have my router to plug an ethernet cable from this device to my laptop. Strong signal, no issues with Internet.
Used the Flexiver WiFi extender for a study that was the other end of the house to my router, plugged the extender into the mains next to my computer and used an RJ45 cable to connect it to the extender as my computer has no WiFi.
Easy to setup and now have an internet connection to an older computer with no built in Wifi.
Works perfectly, good price and would recommend.
Definitely worth the money. It does boost the wi fi for my son’s gaming laptop in his bedroom, which is one floor above the router in further end of the house.
Having an attic conversion I found that the WiFi connection was very low up there but now it works perfectly. This device is easy to set up, works instantly and is definitely worth the money.. Wouid happily recommend this WiFi booste
I have 3 feet thick walls in my house and needed to boost the wifi signal to the front of the house- this has been perfect!! And was so easy to install.
Very impressed by this for the price. I had no internet upstairs and I was constantly contacting my broadband provider and no matter what test they did they said they could find no fault which left me with weak to no internet signal upstairs. I had wifi connectivity issues so decided to give this WiFi extender a try. My house has many thick walls and Wi-Fi dead zones. Implementing the extender, the first thing I noticed was how simple it was to set up and how this helped with wifi coverage in the area. I also liked that the lights on the extender were an easy visual to signify it’s ability for coverage. I would highly recommend this product.
I needed to amplify a weak WiFi signal. This gadget picks up the weak signal and re-broadcasts it as a new network. There is a slight loss of speed but that is to be expected. The best thing about this range extender is that you plug it in, follow a couple of simple steps on your phone or PC and it simply works.
Easy to connect and set up. In the dark the green light of the plug lights the room slightly so if you have it in a room you don’t sleep in should be okay.
I had to purchase this in the hope that it would fix my issue with the connectivity with my new external camera. Since connecting it to my wifi the camera on the outside on my house wall hasn’t dropped.
Got it when it was on offer, and it has done what i wanted it to do. Good product overall.
Excellent quick dispatch, easy to set up clear instructions. Really makes a difference to the WiFi upstairs, previously other products could not connect to the Internet, after installing this I could use them all. Thanks would definitely recommend.
I live in a big house and already have an older version (it’s a year and a half old) of this extender, which was great value for money.
When I realised I needed another Wi-Fi extender in a different part of the house, I went straight to the product that I already had and purchased another one. This one too works perfectly. Such great value for money.
Good price and good connection! It gives me wifi signal to my kitchen now, everything loads in my normal wifi speed so I’m happy with this product! I recommend putting it in the middle of the space you need it for and the actual wifi router for the best connectio
It does a great job of getting my internet signal from the ground flor living room to the second flor of my house, really easy to configure and instal , i don’t think it took me more than two minutes after i have read the instructions . And after that it keeps its memory if unplugged.
Bought two of these as my house is an old one, so signal does not push through all of those walls etc and we have dead spots, even in a room only a few meters from the router!
The instructions provided could be made clearer -the images of the set up screens are way too small and poor quality without using a magnifying glass to see clearly.
I could set up 2.4GHZ and 5GHz channels separately on these devices – but then realised that my old laptop could only use the 2.4GHZ wireless /n .
I then reset the repeaters and combined them to use the 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ channels – this was less confusing when setting up a device to access the repeater and enabled ‘roaming’ so that going from one repeater area to another did not need me to re-attach to the other signal.
The other benefit of combining was that wireless n devices now enjoy faster wifi speed between repeater and hub, as mentioned on my product review for the wifi 1300Mbps usb dongles to my laptop and daughter’s gaming PC. but to state here that my laptop and on the 2.4GHZ, the download speed was barely 18Mbps – after connecting to the combined channel on this repeater, the download speed has jumped to 33 to 55 Mbps (variable) and over 19Mbps upload according to fast.com test.
I may have to resort to using one of the repeaters as an Access point and connect my laptop via cable to it which may improve performance given the building, placement limitations and number of devices having to access the wifi.
Overall, no complaints.
Easy to set up using a smart phone, once set up had full internet in areas of the house that were usually very poor signal or had none at all. It can also be used as a booster via a cable link between the repeater and the main hub. I would fully recommend.
This was a brilliant product for the price. Very easy to set up and get connected. Extended the WiFi to my office, which couldn’t receive it from my router. I could have bought more to extend the WiFi around my house but my friend gave me an old mesh he didn’t need. Otherwise I would have bought more.
I was using power adapters for connecting to a smart TV in another room from the router,this was causing buffering due to the adaptors being on different circuits. I tried this extender placing it in the same room as the TV. No buffering, Very pleased with the extender.
I needed this to extend the wifi range in my house especially as it doesn’t get good coverage from the broadband provider. It is also useful that it has an ethernet port, and this also works perfectly. It works much better than the one i previously had that would take so long to set up.
when I do my music and singing in my shed in the garden I used to keep losing signal to the Wi-Fi so I bought one of these and plug it in my shed and I get full signal Wi-Fi in the garden

I looked on Amazon and came across this one and it seemed good value for money so I thought I would give it a try
It was easy to set up I’m no tech expert I followed the instructions
Pressed the wps button on the hub and the same on the extender then went into Wi-Fi on my phone and searched for it gave it a name so I could identify it and put in my hub password and it was done 3 lights lit up then plugged it in at the bottom of the stairs and it’s worked a treat and made a big difference
So far I’m very pleased with its performance
