This was easy to use and fit. When it arrived I did put off installing it for an hour or so. Just because there looked like lots of parts and I didn’t want to get it wrong. I like to do things by looking at a video for it and there are lots! I watched one and just paused it whilst I installed the air assist. I honestly wish I would have just bought this in the beginning with the m1. Now to save up for the riser , honey comb and the air filter.
This is needed to stop scorch marks when cutting, it helps to keep your laser lens free of dust and debris and reduces the fire risk by blowing cool air down where the laser cuts. It is compact, looks good and relatively easy to fit using the instructions. If you have an xTool laser engraver/cutter and can only afford to add one accessory make it this one. However, if being fitted to a new machine test it before fitting the air assist because once those air tube holders are in place they do not come off easily and will either snap or damage your machine in the process of removal. It is a quality product that’s been well thought out with spare lenses and lens mount also included in the kit which is excellent.
I was looking at buying a laser engraving and cutting machine for a small business.
The price was very good and the kit inside to practice using the machine is excellent!
