When I take these daily along with the pre biotic or even without I literally loose 3/4 top sizes I started on a 3xl/4xl now when I take these foe like 1 week I am wearing a 0xl how about works!! I highly recommended this product along with all the others they sell too…so with me being 3/4xl to a 0xl you can I imagine how much I actually bloat ! I bloat like a 8/9 month pregnant woman !
