A really good quality tablet, reasonably priced. We bought two at Christmas- one for each of our children. Very easy to set up and use, sturdy and good value. Had an issue with one, but contacted the seller who got in touch quickly and replaced. Good customer service and communication which was appreciated.
Seems to work fine, took a while to adjust to the WIFI battery life is good,good picture quality and easy to use, only issue is a bit of a faff to set up.
I had issue with tablet it came as cracked screen I contact the blackveiw customer service I email them I told about the issue there reply me back it was excellent customer services there ask me to post them back and there send me the new one and it came quickly as I expected I broughted my son he really likes it thank u for excellent customer services
We bought this for our daughter’s schoolwork at Christmas.
The tablet looks very sleek and stylish.
It has a brilliant kids mode that is interactive, easy to use for my little one, and allows me to ensure the content she can access is safe.
Unfortunately the charging port stopped working after a 2-3 times of using it.
We contacted the blackview customer service agent (Jessie) whom responded quickly. She kindly organised a new tablet to be sent out.
Device faults cants be predicted however I can’t fault the customer service.
An easy to use tablet with some nice features and has good quality sound as well as picture, its not quite entry level but niether is it high level grade its an in-between level tablet and bought together with a case make it a great purchase.
After a little problem with my tablet, I contacted customer service and they were absolutely outstanding. I was told to return the tablet and received a new 1 within days I would highly recommend their products as they are great quality and a very reasonable priced. And the contact with customer service is the best I have ever needed to use, with a person and not a bot as most companies use these days. I will give 5 plus on my review
So the company contacted via email offering replacement of tablet at no extra cost and keep faulty one.
New tablet arrived yesterday and muat say its a much better experience this time around tablet works as it should and have no issues at all.
Great communication from the seller who was uick to resolve this earlier issue.
This message appears every couple of days meaning I lose everything downloaded as needs factory reset each time, very disappointing
I found this Blackview Tab 70 on Amazon, It is a great 10 inch tablet for the money, Perhaps not as fast as some tablets. but fast enough for my requirements. this means I can now play Google games.
If you are in the market for a tablet other than the Amazon fire range I would say have a look at the Blackview range first.
I bought my daughter the Tab70wifi for Christmas.
The tablet required a system update so therefore I reached out to Blackview and within 24hours I got a reply offering steps to remedy the situation.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received, they were so helpful and have agreed to send me a replacement Tablet within days.
I was sent a whole new tablet and this problem wasnt occurring on the new tablet thank you blackview i already got a different tablet for my son for xmas but now i dont need to get my self a one

I ordered this just over a month ago for my daughters birthday on the 1st December. It initially seemed be ok on day 1. It turned on and looked in working order. I set up the tablet but it won’t connect to the internet and is now coming up with a system error message saying corrupt and needing system reset.
**UPDATE** – Unfortunately, after the successfull setup, i had to return this item, as it wouldnt reboot afterwards and needed a system reset. I did setup once again, with no probs, but again then wouldnt reboot and needed a full reset. So unfortunately looks like i had a faulty unit.
Ordered this tablet to replace an ipad that wont update, and this was in the price bracket that i could afford. Very good quality packaging, and on unboxing, the tablet looks very well made. Charge was already at 97% when i plugged in, which meant i could start the setup process straight way, which was good.
Had no problem connecting to wifi and the setup process ran through with no problems at all. Google play store runs fine and all apps on the tablet updated no problem, before i added my personal ones. Having not seen a device with android 13 before (my phone is 12) i thought the icons were a tad large, but this version of android had settings which i lowered, and all looked very good. The screen resolution looked fine after this, as can be seen in the pic, was very clear. Overall, very good value for what i paid, 64GB storage fine for me, and the tablet was very responsive, as you would expect…. Happy Customer.
I’d also recommend getting the cover bundle, as the cover is quite sturdy and can be used as a kickstand as well.
Setup was a breeze and is the Google experience you’d expect. Screen quality is decent, with enough brightness and more than adequate resolution.
It’d make a perfect tablet for kids/educational purposes, as well as streaming or downloading movies, reading news/books etc.
The camera is what you’d expect from any tablet. Functional, but not doing any wonders.
All in all, can’t go wrong for the money. I was expecting a lot worse, but the experience so far was surprisingly good.
Picked this tablet as it had good reviews and a good price. I have ha problems with it but the technical support have been really helpful and replacing my tablet.
