Does what it says it does… and when I had a mouldy flat it did help bring humidity down by about 5%.
Humidity readings on it are accurate (compared to equipment from mould company).
Uses quite a bit of electricity. Not too noisy, but I wouldn’t be able to have it on in my living room whilst doing things because it does have that characteristic buzzing.
I was sceptical of dehumidifiers since my last one broke within weeks but this is just amazing. I use it in my conservatory and it collects so much water, it is unbelievable. I would highly recommend!
After moving into my flat I decided to buy this product due to minimal windows. The unit is stylish not to bulky and is really easy to stow away. I mainly use this after a shower too help with moisture build up and I have not been disappointed. It has an easy pull out water tank that makes it easy to empty once full and starts again automatically once the tank is replaced. It has a digital display on the top which shows temperature and humidity and also great features such as a sleep timer, child lock and high and low settings. I must say that this init is not loud. When in operation a barely even notice it’s on. For the money this is a great little unit that does exactly what it is supposed to. Really happy with my purchase.
This product works so well. We use it everyday and have noticed a massive difference since. The producy is easy to use and to understand and relatively cheap to run.
We use it to help dry our clothes in a spare room, and it’s perfect. On low it’s quiet enough to sleep in the room.
Running full time it needs emptying twice a day which is easy but does require bending down.
The auto control features are intuitive and save electricity when it’s not needed to be on.
Overall, no complaints. It’s perfect for its size and price.
During the winter months, we hang washed shirts and cottons from coat hangers in a nook under the stairs. The humidifier literally draws out the moisture and the clothes dry much more quickly. This has been amazing. Clothes are dry very quickly. The appliance is easy to roll into different positions, doesn’t take up much face as it is a vertical unit, and it does make a low level whirring sound but nothing invasive. It is a nice plain design, easy to empty the water collecting container.
I wish I had bought one years ago. It’s great when drying clothes inside. I also use it to reduce the humidity in the house generally so that there’s no damp, especially with cooler/cold rooms now.
It works quickly even on low.
What I didn’t like was the Amazon packaging, over the manufacturer’s box. The box inside clearly stated must be kept upright and had an arrow. The Amazon box did not and was left on its side on my doorstep. It had already been out for delivery previously but didn’t arrive, so could have been the wrong way up for days.
This dehumidifier is good value for money. It works well and is easy to use.
I gave it 4 stars for the noise level and because it is quite heavy to carry if you want to use it upstairs.
This dehumidifier has worked wonders in my living room. We have always had horrific condensation and damp in living room, windows full of condensation and sometimes walls. Since having this, it has been amazing in reducing this to almost nothing. Needs emptied every 2 days, very easy to empty, no spilling (like other machine reviews). The humidity was previously up to 95 particularly with washing on radiators, however since having this machine it about 60. The air feels so much cooler and clean and you can tell when the machine hasn’t been on.
We bought this dehumidifier to use in two bedrooms which have a lot of condensation. We have been using it for nearly two weeks and are very pleased with its performance so far. It has kept the rooms free of condensation and we find it easy to use. It can be moved around as it is on wheels so it can be placed in different areas. Emptying the water is straight forward when you get the hang of it. It looks good and we would recommend it for household use.
We have been using this product for a month and it doing a great job, especially during winter season. Drying clothes overnight without turning the heating on and sleeping in a dry and warm bedroom is now a no brainer with this dehumidifier. Excellent product! Very efficient and quiet on a low setting (comprabable to a standard fan noise wise)
So far, this 12l dehumidifier has been used to help dry washing and keep a bathroom less steamy and damp. Unclear yet if expensive to run.

The so called water outlet mentioned is nothing but a hose through which you have to suck water every time to start the draining. I have to remove the trough every time to through water. I would expect a drain valve. This machine is okay for a small room but not for a medium sized room. But it is of great use in my bedroom. Efficient enough to remove excess moisture.
Bought this to combat dampness in one bedroom and also help dry washing quickly.
It drys washing very fast on the high setting and has hugely helped with the damp wall we have.
It is quite noisy (on both settings) I personally couldn’t sleep with it on and I can with fans etc.
not cheap to run but cheaper than a tumble dryer!
The size is good, compact and easy to move. I bought this for my bedroom as I was buying a lot of hanging moisture catchers for my wardrobe. I now put the dehumidifier on when i get up and open all the wardrobe doors. You can set the humidity using that you want. I set for 50 as I googled what is the range and the speed can be set at high or normal.
The reason that I didn’t give it five stars was because of emptying the water container which has a lid which sits rather than clicks into place but I have got to grips with it now. I prefer my Ebac water container which just pulls out, tip out the water and push back in but i suppose all are different. The Ebac didn’t have wheels , although they may do now, mine is quite old, and I had to buy them separately and they never fitted properly, so this unit is a step up from that. So far so good. Seems to pull put the moisture well.
Only had it 2 days but it is doing what I want it to do and that is to keep area around the front door clear of condensation. Impressed with what it does. Only small issue I have is the drawer for collecting water could have a better pouring and the sleep mode I have not been able to work out properly. Other than that it is great and I am thinking about getting a second one for upstairs.
Bought to help dry clothes after reading reviews. Must do the job but took over 24 hours to dry a small load on a heated airer so maybe I need to place in a smaller room or try different settings
Within using it only for an hour it collected some water which surprised me. Scheduled to run for 6 hours during the night and woke up to no condensation at all on either side of the room. 800mls each night removed from the air. As it has dropped in temp this week to minus I added an extra hour and got just over a litre. I did see some moisture on the patio but only very slight before I added extra time
I was sceptical of how well these things work but boy it has not let me down! This is AMAZING piece of kit, so easy to use and can schedule its usage using the app or Alexa.
The tank is okay and lasts the night before needing to be emptied.
I use it since I get condensation on the windows and this works to prevent / clear that in a few hours.
I think it is better than some of the cheaper ones since it pushes the dry air up not sideways.
Seems reasonably quiet i.e. sleep okay with it on albeit I use the low fan speed at night.
I purchased this dehumidifier after moving in to a 2 bed house that had some damp issues. When first switched on it detected the current humidity as 75% and running on high, the unit was able to reduce the humidity down to 55% over the course of about half a day. Noise levels are about average, and unless you are running it on high all the time, it should not be too intrusive. The unit is easy to wheel around, but a little more awkward if you want to carry it upstairs say. The unit didn’t require emptying more than once a day when I was running it. This would be ideal when paired with another of the same unit, with one running upstairs and another downstairs.
After trying many other things I decided to invest in this to help with condensation building up in my old brick build house. One particular room used the get quite damp, despite having the windows open each day and using a small window ledge moisture absorber. It takes a full 2ltr of water out the room even on a low setting and I can watch the readings go down from 85 to 58. The best thing is the room no longer smells musty and the damp marks on walls have now cleared and not come back with regular use. I’d highly recommend this dehumidifier to anyone with similar problems. It also warms the rooms slightly and helps to dry washing a bit during winter months when needing to dry clothes in doors.
The humidity sensor is straight forward and timer is great. Functions are easy to use without instructions. Dried clothes within 6-7 hours and also kept the air clean; was excited not have to use tumble dryer. I’ve not tested the product long enough and not sure how bill will stack up but I am assured it would cost lot less than running the dryer.
The only comment I would make which is a little niggle would be emptying the tank which still drips even when it’s not full. I’ve tried to leave the emptying in the morning after switching off the evening before but this made no difference to the ‘end/after’ drips. A wipe of the drips however is not too much trouble.
This is an early review having used it less than 5 days but so far so good.
