I bought this 6 months ago and it is used everyday. Very strong and way better than the oculus brand strap. Fits perfect for the Oculus Quest 3 and is super comfy. It can be worn for hours without discomfort. One thing to keep in mind, if you are considering buying a travel case for your oculus, the piece that sits on the back of your head is larger than other head straps so it makes it a bit difficult to find a case that is tall enough to work. The only case I found that I knew for sure would fit (without disassembling the oculus from the head strap) is made by MES MERRY.

I had to read the instructions a few times because I was sure I was missing something, install took about 3 minutes and was way easier to install than I expected, fit perfectly and is very comfortable and has way better adjustments than the factory headband. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, made the Quest 3 far more comfortable to play, my only wish was they had a piece for under the nose piece to help limit the light but no complaints for what was included.

The stock strap meant my youngest couldn’t use the Quest as it kept falling off. In general, it’s superb, quick and easy to take off and adjust. A must have, probably better that official elite strap, and I don’t say that often. Very comfy.
I read about how some charging straps weren’t strong enough to keep the Quest 3 powered and actually recharging, so I ended up getting a strong power bank that I can put in my pocket and that works great, but the fact of the matter is really the only downside to the Q3 is that it’s not very comfortable to wear, so I wanted to get a new strap, but I didn’t want to spend a ton on it.
To that end, I bought this one for just over $20.
Installation was easy, although I put in on upside-down at first. But that’s on me.
It’s definitely more comfortable and takes a lot of pressure off your forehead. With the different angles you can try a few different ways of wearing it to optimize comfort and minimize light leaking in.
There were a couple other straps that were less expensive, but this one has a push-button release, which I thought made it more convenient. Others may have it, but I didn’t see it pointed out in their descriptions.
There are two minor things keeping me from giving this a five-star rating. Definitely not reasons to not buy, but I believe five star ratings are for products that tou really can’t suggest making better.
The first is that it barely fits in my (generic) case. The reason is the back head support pushes it up. You have to put it in bent, which isn’t a huge deal, but even then it strains the case a little. I have to put a little pressure on the case to zip it up, so if something were to smash the case a bit I’d worry about how protected it is. I tried to show that with the included pictures.
The second is that the top strap just doesn’t look very cool. I know it’s functional, but I’m not a fan of the look of the wider cushion part and that the top (visible) side is fuzzy Velcro, though it is pretty low-profile for what it is. It’s the same kind of Velcro as the originally strap I think, but it just doesn’t seem as obvious. And the plastic covering the foam feels cheap, like it might flake off at some point.
To sum it up though, I think it’s a great value and a definite, affordable upgrade to the Quest 3’s included strap. I have no regrets about buying it.
Ich habe vor kurzem das verbesserte Elite-Kopfband fr Oculus/Meta Quest 3 gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Das Kopfband ist viel bequemer als das Standardkopfband und verteilt das Gewicht des Headsets gleichmiger auf dem Kopf. Dadurch kann ich das Headset lnger tragen, ohne dass mein Kopf oder Nacken schmerzt.
Das Kopfband ist auerdem sehr einfach zu verstellen und lsst sich schnell an jede Kopfgre anpassen. Die Schnallen sind robust und halten gut, und die Polsterung ist weich und bequem.
Ich kann das verbesserte Elite-Kopfband nur empfehlen! Es ist ein Muss fr jeden, der das Oculus/Meta Quest 3 lnger tragen mchte, ohne dass es ihm unangenehm wird.

Only gripe is I can no longer fit my oculus in original box .
But I will improvise and get a new storage box..
The headset itself would rival the elite love the quick adjustment feature it’s great when passing around between people with different head sizes ..feels very sturdy and adjusts in ways the original strap just cannot ..

I really wasn’t sold on buying a new headstrap that didn’t include a battery bank, but with the black friday sale this product was 20 which I had to try at this price
The strap is all plastic material, with foam cushion that attach to the rear and top of the strap which can be removed for cleaning! Sure the all plastic design means it might not last year’s, but for the price I’m happy with that
The strap design makes sense, pushing the button in tightens the strap enough until you use the wheel turn to get the right fit. I would recommend not turning too much, about 1-2 turns before it feels tight, as the padding will put pressure too much on your head and face
Overall it’s a instant relief from the original strap, definitely recommend for anyone, and when positioned right it provides a well balanced fit which was not expecting
Looks nice and feels comfortable. I really like how the back section works because it pulls out easily and then can be twisted to fine tune it so it gets slightly tighter. I found it quite fiddly to swap as I got a bit scared of breaking it but I just watched a video on how to swap the headset on YouTube. I’ve downloaded bigscreen and it looks amazing to watch on the quest 3. You can also watch 4k videos in YouTube but using the meta browser is supposed to be better. But definitely try the 3d trailers on bigscreen, it’s mesmerising. This strap made the headset so much more usable
I got this head strap for my Quest 3 for 29.99, with a promotional discount and wasn’t expecting much for the price and I was pleasantly surprised.
I didn’t need an extra battery pack on the headstrap as I’ll be using a power bank so I’m not sure how comfortable a head strap with battery is but I found this head strap very comfortable to wear and seems durable and easy to assemble.
I think it’s a great head strap for the price and if I had to I’d buy two.
Does what I had hoped. I also own the Meta Quest 2 Elite headstrap but didn’t want to spend 70 on the Quest 3 Elite strap. This is a good quality, more comfortable, and better value version. It’s easy to install and comfortable to wear, at half the price. The only issue is the height when installed. It makes the headset too large to fit in my case, so I’ll either need to buy a deeper case or use a box.

I have never tried any other head straps. But these are miles better than the stock head straps. The balance, support, comfort are just above and beyond what the original straps offer. One BIG PLUS is the single button extend and retract. Takes literally one second to adjust, tighten, and take off. IMO this is probably more convenient than the official meta upgrade straps!
Just got this in and the instructions are easy to understand. Foam feels pretty comfy and the tighten/quick button all work very well. Overall I’m pleased with this for my 1st dive into vr with the quest 3.
