Looks nice and nice brushed finish. Well buit with hard shell and fit meta 3 + battery headstrap + controllers and more. Nice touch with velcro attahed bag included inside. To me it looks better and is cheaper than the offical case but my be difficult to keep clean (light grey)
This is a great case for the Oculus Quest 3, even fits with the elite strap with battery. Plenty of extra room for cables too, considering the price of the official one you’d be crazy not to give this a go first.
Can’t say much else really, taken a couple of trips with it, no fears about the robustness of it, protected my quest all the way, not too fiddley to put it in and out either.
Would Recommend.
This has plenty of room for the Quest 3 with elite strap (my primary concern when buying). Has space for charger, old (original) strap, plus controllers (in this cool little inner drawstring pouch). Only downside (-1 star) is that I didn’t realise the outside is a kind of fake suede material which isn’t wipe clean, so I suspect this case will get grubby quickly!
Bought for a Quest 3 and fits inside very well plus room for accessory cables, prescription lens insert box etc. Have just fitted a 3rd party ZYBERVR head strap to the Quest 3 and the case accommodates that OK – a little tight to close but it’s fine.
For anyone thinking of buying a BOBO VR M3 HALO head strap (I was but they are rarer than rocking horse manure) I doubt the case would accommodate that with the greater overall height of that strap.
So happy to recommend not withstanding the BOBO VR M3 wouldn’t likely fit.
Bought for my partner who had just bought the headset. Brilliant case only 4 stars as the zip was a bit sticky and had to put some double D 40 on it to help it close without sticking. Other that that it fits perfectly and is good quality
Fantastic case plain and simple. I changed my Quest 3 OG strap (yuk!) with the Zybervr Head Pro Strap (around 37) and it fits perfect. There is a little velcro strap on the right hand side of the case which can be moved along, so your Quest doesn’t move about. I honestly think anyone buying a replacement strap with a battery at the back will also fit in the case too. Plenty of room. The underside of lid has a mesh bag to keep your charger+lead in. There is also another little bag which you could put your controllers in so they dont knock or damage the Quest’s lenses (tip: get a lens cover. protects from the sun’s ray’s). Worth 30 easily.
I put my Quest 3 into it & the controllers into the added mesh bag that is attached inside where the headset goes & I’m pleased to say that, yes, the Quest 3 fits inside & is as snug as a bug in a rug LoL.
Saying that, if you purchase (like I did), an alternative to the Meta Elite strap with added battery pack them it would fit inside as if it WAS exclusively made for the MQ3.
But please, if you DO have a MQ3 & are deciding not to buy because of this, please DON’T worry. It does fit the MQ3, & I don’t regret buying this case. And at 27, it’s so worth it, especially considering the official case is 100 odd bloody quid
