I spotted these as I was looking for some that had sorter timers on them no point keep using batteries if you only want them on a short time these are perfect a little tangled on arrival but with patience soon sorted the battery case has a light on to correspond with whichever timer setting you put them on so far very pleased so much so bought some more

Lights seem fine. Very small but bright. However untangling the lights means wasted hours as the thin copper wires gets into knots very easily. Make sure you have a bright room and time on your hands.
Regarding longetivity – well that’s for a future review once I’ve had them for some time.

These string lights are purchased to replace older Christmas lights. It’s always recommended to inspect goods on arrival and I strongly suggest that you do. Not that there’s anything wrong with them. On the contrary they are excellent and reasonably priced.
However you will be delighted with them but remember that you have to put them away to use them next time. I leave it to you to decide how to collect the string together to keep it safe for next time.
    Truly a 100% purchase.

Wrapped these on top of some tinsel on our trike for the little one at Christmas. Loved it.
Really liked being able to turn it on and off with a remote. And being able to choose light settings and even colours was great!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for jazzing up the pram at Christmas!

When i opened the box i thought “oh no”…they looked very flimsy and tiny but…they are absolutely brilliant..very bright, super easy to control with one push button to set for 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours…automatically turn off after set time and turn on again next day. After setting up the 1st ones i had bought i then ordered another 2 sets…always have ‘spares’ or just keep for next year! A fox bit through one of my outdoor sets but rewired quite easily and still work ( except have to turn on manually as remote not working..but amazed they work at all after power pack being bitten off! Highly recommend.

These are great for the first day or two and then they look a bit dull when the batteries start to die. They do look really good and mines lasted on our garden fence for the whole christmas season. They are still up now (April) but I noticed condensation in the battery pack as I forgot to remove them when they ran out of charge. I put them on a timer for 5pm till 10pm and they would need the batteries changed after about 4/5 days use

When finally in place and switched on, these are lovely and at this time of year they are a delight and really pretty. However, if setting them up on something that is not symmetrical they are a nightmare and get really tangled – I was trying to feed them around some railings and my advice would be do not unravel them ! If you need to unravel, then immediately wind them around a piece of cardboard to keep them straight. If placing them around some shrubs or bushes then it was a doddle – although have no idea whether taking them down will be as easy. Also, none of my remote controls worked from any distance, I had to be right next to the battery pack to switch them on, so I’m going to replace the batteries in the remote – not something I should have to do !

    Really like these lights.
Wire is quite thin but appears to be strong and it is slightly stiff so wraps round things and holds its shape well.
    Lights are bright and clear.
The remote control works absolutely fine and have a good range of functions.
Overall a decent product that I would recommend and seeing that this is a twin pack so you get two sets of lights it seems like a bit of a bargain to me.

The wire linking lights is plain copper and very thin so completely disappears at night and is very difficult to see even in daylight which is great.

The remote control is a boon but if you want the timer to operate remember, sw on, press timer button, then select light function. Took me days to work out why the timer function would not work:-)

The lights are bright and really look festive late at night in the garden (totally weather proof), the neighbours liked them as well. Battery life, 3 weeks with 6 hours on, 18 off. Most certainly would buy again.

I have lots of lights in my front garden and although I have outside electricity I run out of sockets so I decided to give battery lights a try. I was very pleased I tried these. They were very effected wrapped around the trunk of a quite large bay tree. The lights are very small but very effective on flash mode. I had the lights on approximately 3 weeks in the evenings for about 5 hours. They take 3AA batteries and I changed them once. They were still going strong when I took the lights down. I also had these lights indoors on branches. Would definitely recommend them I brought 3 sets

Brought these for a party, they are tiny but shine bright was really pleased. This was a 2 pack option of 10 meter led light however only 1 of the light packs worked.

So had to send it back for a refund, I was hoping to have another set sent out but it seems a refund is the only option, shame really as these are nice bright lights.

Bought these to hand all around my room. Really good to have them controlled by a remote control – lots of different functions – can have dimming in and out colours to full on rave lights. Recommend for bedrooms and students too – wire is long and can be wrapped easily around bed poles, curtain poles and any nails in the wall. The colours are nice and bright and found the battery life was pretty good. They give a nice atmosphere to the room they are in.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersWhat a good value twin set of lights this turned out to be! I was not expecting a lot for the low price, but I am really pleased with them. They are on really fine copper wire and operate from three AA batteries. They have eight modes and the remote Control works flawlessly. I made a bauble Christmas tree out of a piece of corrugated cardboard made into a cone and then used a glue gun to stick all the years old baubles I was about to throw away onto it. I ended up with a great looking tree a metre high which cost me about 3.50 ish for the one set of lights I used which was plenty. The baubles would otherwise have been thrown out as they were old and many were damaged so this has given them a new lease of life and the lights are the perfect finishing touch. Plus I still have a second set to use on another project.

5.0 out of 5 stars What great value these are for two great sets of lights.

When I opened the package I was very sceptical to whether these were worth the money. They were so flimsy looking with tiny lights, but how wrong I was. Once I gained confidence that they were fairly robust I decorated my staircase with just 1 set and the light coverage was ample. They look really pretty and easy to use with the remote control.
The only thing I would say is that it would have been better if there was instructions on how to programme the remote as I still can’t work out the timer.
But no doubt at all that I got good value for money
