This came on time, but in quite a big box which I thought wasn’t needed. However, my granddaughter loves it and plays with it alot. The hair does come out but there’s a lot of hair there anyway.

This is a really good spin on the good old fashioned styling head toy for children featuring some very colourful rainbow hair streaks and colour change elements.
The head itself is pretty good, dependent on hair colour choice you will receive a different style of barbie based head and shoulders. The hair is synthetic so should not be styled with any heat. I have also had a lot of experience with this type of toy that almost always, the hair may become completely tangled and impossible to play with eventually so should be combed/brushed/styled with care but imagine that responsibility with a young child that just wants to play and enjoy it?!
This playset also includes various styling accessories and even a matching coloured hairpiece clip for the stylist to match with and wear. The colour change elements are pretty fun and exciting for the little ones but trying to stop them from constantly trying to change the colours back and forth is a bit of a challenge.
36.66 (at the time of review) feels quite expensive for what it is, I know there is the colour change and probably some licensing involved because of the Barbie brand but I feel this would be more appropriately priced around 25 or less. Still, lots of fun and well enjoyed by my 8yo and their friends.
