I am very happy with the laptop. We bought it as a backup in case my main laptop breaks and as a backup it is great. The display is good, but the sound could be better. The battery charges well. I haven’t tested how long the charge lasts, however.

I don’t really write reviews but I’m really happy with the laptop. For the price its in great condition and works absolutely fine. Bought it for my son just starting secondary school and it is just what he needed.

Ordered this very late on a Thursday and arrived sat morning. Got a very good quality Dell laptop in excellent condition. Will mostly be used for coursework so excellent value for money.
I/O for this one is HDMI 2x USB A, VGA, Ethernet and WIFI Also has a CD/DVD Drive
Remember these units are set up with a Enterprise key and you can replace it with a key linked to your Windows account if you wish. Also as it’s an SSD head to Storage in settings and turn OFF Disk Optimisation as SSD”s don’t need it and it actually does them damage due to the TRIM being already in use.
The laptop came with all windows updates done apart from a Cumulative Update. But it runs fine after that and is actually quite nippy.
Basically don’t hesitate to try this company and to get one Just don’t get one yet. I am planning to order another one shortly!
